Good location, easy to self-check-in, fully equipped kitchen

No lift so can be problematic if you have large baggage. Bathroom sink is rather small. French window can’t be opened fully.

Too hot in the summer. The bathroom door cannot be closed.

The location was excellent and the property was clean and quite functional.

An additional fan would have been good. 2 sleeping areas with 1 fan.

Very clean!! Lots of towels provided for personal use. Also very secure and safe!!

Very warm and quite a few stairs leading to apartment.

There is no Flexibility in check in and check out time

I like the location. I like the apartment the floor plan I liked the gated entrance and the little garden in the entrance.

I did not like the way the shower function. It was very difficult to find lukewarm temperature it was either too hot or too cold and the water was dripping. The key box in my opinion should be changed to something much more easy to collect and to leave the keys instead of putting code in a very narrow tiny box. It would’ve been much more convenient a different solution to pick up key and drop key.

Location was superb, around some really fantastic bars and resturants, a very lovely area. Instructions for key collection was very detailed and straightforward. Host was extremely polite, would definitely stay here again!

The location was very convenient very close to Metro and train station ! The apartment was very quiet !

The washing machine was not operating due to the damaged door. I realized that the third day and I reported to the agency but unfortunately they could not fixed it. The asked me to come the day I was leaving the room. Also the apartment was on the second floor without elevator.

Nice neighborhood, close to several metro lines and cosy cafes around. Clean and functional premises. Good shower. Included basic plates, pans, pots and cutlery even olive oil and salt.

No elevators like other Parisien properties. Nightmare for strollers. Difficult to access the first time. Clearer instructions needed. We could not get the unlocked post box open. The videos to turn on the radiator and the stove should have been sent upon deposit of security payment. We were extremely cold the first night. But when asked, they responses quickly and with clear videos.

Great area close to subway and restaurants. Close enough to all the sites of Paris. Neat and clean apartment all that we needed. Ziad was a fantastic host and a good communicator. Found my sons Apple Watch when he left it outside the apartment and kept it safe until we returned to Paris.

This was perfectly located apartment: in very quiet street but just after corner had restaurants and shops and lively city life. Also close enough to city centre and well communicated.

The shower had some problems with water flow which caused a bit of unpleasant smell after coming to apartment when being out for longer time or at night.

there was a sewerage smell upon arrival. property sent someone to help drain the pipes, but smell persisted.

Location is absolutely amazing, the flat was clean, the flat was big enough to fit all 3 people. there's dishes, plates, coffee machine, which is amazing. Generally good experience!

We didn't have a dish washing soap, and the sheets/towels were not changed throughout our whole stay, but I guess that was part of the arrangement. We stayed for 7 days, so it was a bit uncomfortable. Also, there's also a EUR500 deposit, which is a bit too much in our opinion.

Comfy apartement in a great neighborhood, Clean and equipped. lots of cafes and restaurants near by. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to return.

A few things need to be fixed but nothing significant. shower is a bit small and mold.
