A bit strange to fulfill the request to leave kitchen clean when no sponge or washing up liquid were provided. Not many tourists travel with equipment. Needless to say I manage to leave it clean :-). If you do not like heights it might be not for you as the building is tall and narrow.

Nice room in convenient location of Lyon. We benefited from air-condition as summer in Lyon could be very hot. Place had all what is needed to stay for a week. Cleaning lady was coming every day. The area could be a bit noisy in the evening due to few bars in neighborhood. However all was ok, and if you close the window all is fine - hence not in negative comments. Hotel has washing machine for people who stay longer ...and that is great. Overall good accommodation.

Although there are on-site washing facilities, it is quite expensive, and the dryer does not work. It is better to use the laundromat down the road. Kitchens could be better equipped with a chopping board, sharper cutting knife, and proper bowls.

Conveniently located nearby tram lines and walking distance from the heart of Lyon. Many eateries and bars surrounding the property. Apartments are comfortable with a functioning kitchen, fridge, bathroom, desk, table and bed. Rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels are offered. It’s also pet-friendly. Staff were attentive and provided early check-in because a room was available.

Faces a street with cafes - some noise heard early in the morning when shops opening or getting goods delivered once during my 3 day stay

Excellent facility, equipped with hob, fridge and microwave with pots, pans and crockery. Good location, within around 30 mins walking distance to most sites. I would definitely stay here again or at another Adagio hotel

Layout slightly confusing and I had to walk across a random balcony bridge to get to my part of the floor I was on

The elevator was broken, hauled my bag up 5 flights. These hallways had cleaning supplies. Long line to check into the airport, one staff member at the computer. The shower was iffy, the bathroom door doesn't seal properly, leading water to leak. Not a huge issue, but one of those annoying things for longer stays.

Please have a word with the staff in the corner cafe/restaurant opposite. They put tables and chairs out very noisily at 6am!

Staff were helpful, polite and communicative. Breakfast was good, there were almost everything I'd expect from hotel breakfast including a coffee machine. Location is good. Private parking offered but it is also possible to find free parking right outisde the door if you are lucky.

There was a loud squeak almost like a fan belt that occurs every 5 minutes or so. not sure if it is the air conditioner. also, not sure if it was throughout or just specific to this room. We were too tired to move and it was late, so we just had to tolerate the noise. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. Not exactly as we expected. We were glad that we brought our own bath products. See picture. Also, I would recommend no coffee at all if you can only afford to leave dry packets. Overall, it just appeared to be a struggling property.

We had the 3 bedroom suite. I like that they are pet friendly. The bed linen appeared clean. The staff at the front were friendly at check in.

We didn't include breakfast as we found it a bit expensive. Shower door was not working properly and some water leaked from the shower to the floor.

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well equipped. We had cleaners coming everyday. Staff at reception was very approachable and ready to help.

The only slight problem was very low water pressure ( or maybe a broken shower head?) though I have short hair so was enough for me.

Room was great, the location was fantastic for my purposes - a conference at the university, literally 3 minutes away. Also walking distance to the centre of Lyon if you have plenty of time. Staff was generally friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious. It was easily reachable by tram and metro from the airport
