The location is absolutely perfect for us , we ate in Avignon in the evenings and visited beautiful places in the daytime's. Our room had been renovated and was lovely , massive walk in shower, comfy bed. They made our bed up like new everyday, fresh towels,cleaned our room. Breakfast is included in the price, that's something we have not found anywhere else in France. Breakfast was continental and included everything you would expect, french bread, cereals,fruit,eggs,meats, croissants, pain au chocolate, very plentiful. In the surrounding retail park there is an Auchan, lidl,Aldi, a fantastic bakery, within minutes.

Absolutely nothing. We only came for one night and then kept paying for another night. We carry everything with us and are self sufficient but maybe for other people tea/coffee making facilities would be a bonus.

Friendliness of the staff, good breakfast selection, good location. Nice refurbished shower with rainfall.

The bed in the upper part of the room does not get any of the cold air circulated making the upper level very stuffy and unbearable to sleep when very hot weather. Air con is currently being upgraded across the site and unfortunately the room we stayed in had old unit which was very dirty. Bathroom refurbished however slow to drain water from shower which was an issue.

Good place if you are travelling by car (parking area is spacious), hotel is in remote area. There is a nearby bus stop, from where you can reach the central city part. For one night's stay this hotel was a good option.

Apartmets' space is space. For 4 family gets crowded.

It was an older style accommodation, but good value and breakfast was excellent. Rooms are motel style. As a cyclist they are ideal.

It may not suit if you expect a thoroughly modern hotel.

The receptionists were very welcoming. We wanted to change hotel and receptionist was more than helpful. Thanks to her our transfer to another hotel was super easy to do. Hotel is very much like an american motel.

This hotel needs a complete overhaul. Rooms are tired.

Parking was great. We could leave the car and take the public transport for visiting the city. Staff were friendly.

To our bad luck, we had a big party in the next compound which was loud. But not the fault of the hotel.

Parking next to the room and gate is closed at night

Everything is very old and broken, broken shower broken sink, scaled toilet, mould stained in bathroom
