Quite a lot of stairs for a young family but it was ok because we were only there one night.

The location of the property is great, central but on a quieter street so it wasn’t noisy at night. Our room (32) was great as it had two rooms, and a separate loo and shower room which was great for a family. The beds were very comfortable. The parking is behind a gate but the gate does not get locked, so I don’t think that constitutes “secure” but our car was fine regardless.

Very thin walls so trouble sleeping at night with noisy neighbours.

Beautiful property with tasteful refurbishment and great views to the sea. Staff was very helpful (asked for a kettle) and friendly. Price difference with a direct booking so recommend doing that.

1 pillow provided which was thin. Poor for posture and uncomfortable waking from a night's sleep. Could have had bar opened a little later as had to stay out in order to have a drink as no drink facility in the room.

Clean room, privacy maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They lent us a charger for our phones.

The first time I used this hotel was back in the late 1990s, and it was really something special! This has now been completely renovated/ modernised, but it has completely lost all its original features and charm, with external wall insulation (on a stone building!) and all the rooms and bathrooms turned into soulless white and grey boxes. Perhaps this is what people want, but it feels we have really lost a magical place.

This is an accommodation we have used before. Rooms are small, but clean, and we like that we can do self check-in (or check-out) as we normally arrived with the last ferry from the Uk or the depart with the first, when the reception is closed. There is free parking in the street overnight, and both times we stayed here recently we managed to park in front, or a few metres away.

Our bathroom door made a lot of noise banging shut even when we tried to be careful with it! Another hook or rail in the bathroom would have been helpful with two lots of towels needing to dry.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was useful to leave our luggage before checking in and to leave the key at the desk during the day. The breakfast was very good and easy to negotiate with the main centrepiece room being lovely. The garden was very peaceful and made a lovely retreat.

We had two rooms for two nights upon arrival in Roscoff. Excellent location, very clean rooms, comfy beds. Accommodating for the dog too. Friendly and welcoming staff. Just need a kettle in the room, then would be perfect! Thank you.

We were at top up 2 sets of stairs, was ok for us but might not be for some , especially if you have lots of luggage. No on street parking, as suggested. Need to park in car park 10 minutes walk away, parking in Roscoff not cheap as 10 hours was 48 euros, although free between 7pm -9am

Beautiful building, rooms light and airy and nicely furnished

The downstairs lounge and eating area is really impressive with large open rooms reflecting an old style hotel layout. You really feel you are back in the early days of tourism from the late 19thC. I would hang out here even without a room.

    Nothing bad to note.

The hotel was ideally situated in the old part of town, but far enough away that noise wasn't an issue. Staff were very friendly and attentive and made us very welcome. Motorbikes were parked in the private courtyard out back. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, local produce and we had this in the lovely garden. Would definitely stay here again.

The bar was only open for an hour when we stayed and the room was a little tired, the blanket was a little worn and thread bare in a couple of places but it was clean and we did sleep well and it was reasonably priced.

Cute hotel, nice clean room and comfortable bed. The staff were lovely and friendly and the location was good, close to the shops and restaurants and not far from a lovely walk by the beaches. We would recommend it and would stay again.
