We had the smallest room type and if I could change one thing, it would be having more legroom when sitting on the loo! Having said that, I loved our rooms. Extremely comfortable bedding and despite being roadside very quiet too.

Beautiful hotel with a 16th / 17th century section so atmospheric. Lovely decor. delicious breakfast with a very wide range of options. The pool was such a relief after a lot of walking in Paris and long enough to get lengths in. Brilliantly located.

Everything about this hotel is a dream. Friendly staff, quiet shady courtyard bar, jazz every night, incredible beds, high thread count sheets, the spa is quiet and beautiful. And the location right by Pont Neuf on a quiet pretty street with boutiques, small art galleries and cafes. Just perfect!

The room was small and the bathtub/ shower was awkwardly positioned.

The hotel was in an excellent location, was obviously well maintained, and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable (especially the sheets!) and the housekeepers expertly entered the room when we were out to refresh it and left clean towels each time. The pool spa area was well heated, yet refreshing after our long days of sightseeing!

As stated above, the rooms are not very spacious

This is a truly civilized place to stay. It is in a bustling part of Paris, and upon entering the hotel there is a sense of calm. It is charming, and beautifully executed. We had two different rooms, both beautifully designed, though, as is often the case with Paris hotels, they were not very large. The service is excellent, the breakfast amazing, and I loved the swimming pool. The concierge was very helpful. I would say this hotel is the very opposite of many gimmicky hotels, and instead is an understated class act.

The bathroom has shower in a tub with very tall side. I’m short and old, and though I managed without incident, it was a huge challenge.

Miscommunication about ride from airport to hotel. We were told he would be inside with a sign with the other drivers. We waited til all drivers were gone. He apparently tried to communicate through What’s App instead of text. We did not receive. I guess this was a mistake on both of our parts but we were charged anyway. At the least, we think the charge should have been split between the hotel and us.
