I got eaten alive by bed bugs all night.

The location was amazing, and it’s the location that you pay for. The room itself was very fine. The terrace was nice, and we could use the coffee machine and the fridge which was also very nice.

The shower was not great, and the checkout was a bit weird.

Great location, 5 min walk to beach, lots of restorants around, staff was very friendly and helpful. Windows were not to street, so there was no streetnoise.

Ac would have been nice but fan was doing its job.

Location is fine, and they have some parking lots for 14 euro per day. The bed was clean and comfortable.

No air conditioner, the cold water control in the shower was broken, I asked the staff about places to see the fireworks during the national day and he did not answer. The staff was not really friendly or organized, also, no one is present at the reception. You have to call them by phone to get an answer. The WCs are shared (even in rooms with a private bathroom).

Professional, welcoming, attentive, helpful members of staff. Close to the beach.

No AC. The rooms are located compact with the room doors in close proximity. No soundproof. I was hearing what other. people were doing and talking about. So I had been kept awake until 3 am. There is not much sleep there.

Small room with a very small bathroom. Bathroom is so small that it is almost non-stop wet. Location of the property is good. About 15min walking to the centre. Parking place for the car in front of the hotel. Staff was great. As we rented the car on the airport we arrived to the property at 21h (reception works till 20h) but they waited for us. Also good comunication before the arrival. We stayed for only 2 nights but they changed the towels after the first night.

Rooms are small and only good for sleaping. Bathroom is too small. Everything is wet after the bathing. That is the reason why it smells bad.

Comfortable stay. Clean facilities. Friendly staff.

Unfortunately had to wait 45mins for our room to be ready (after check in time). A bit of a walk to main area of city/attractions. I didn’t like the smell of the floor cleaning product.

I have stayed here about ten times and always been very happy, only when it is really hot - it can be difficult without AC but it is an excellent value for money in Nice.
