Great location, very easy to get to the centre. Host provided lots of instructions and clearly wanted to help as much as possible. Coffee machine in apartment was great. Nice bathroom. TV Easy to use WiFi

No lift We got confused with what bedding to use with the travel cot so didn't use it - would be handy if there was a labelled box or something. We used the pull down bed but couldn't figure out how to keep it down - we did sleep on it and it was fine with weight on it, but bounced up a bit when noone was on it. I'm not familiar with this type of bed so maybe that's just what they do

Convenient location. Well equipped apartment. Nice balcony

It would benefit from a really good dusting. Felt a bit grubby. Linen could use updating. Lots of stairs and no lift wouldn’t suit anyone with disability.

Privacy

4 th floor, no elevator.

Great location and enough space to relax. Having a kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal or relax at the end of the day with a glass of wine.

It didn’t bother us, but for some people having no lift and walking up 4 flights could be an issue- otherwise a great way to clock up extra steps😊

Ideally situated for walking into town. The terrace will be lovely in summer atho we weren't able to use it in Feb. We liked being able to play music from the centre light via Bluetooth! Great parking. Good bathroom. Very quiet.

Four flights up a spiral staircase is a long climb with luggage. Kitchen area needs an upgrade. There was a strange smell which we couldn't identify.

Outside space would be perfect when not raining, but gave the feeling of space. It is very close to the town so walking to all amenities was easy and pleasant

Spacious for 2 and lovely rooftop terrace garden- good location short walk to central Beaune and carrefour

4th floor with no lift - hard work with luggage

The place was as expected, the roof terrace was really nice at the evening. Still warm summer night to enjoy a glass of wine or water/whatever :) Water kettle, coffee maker, oven etc all were there. Only small thing what was missing, was the dishwasher, but that was not a biggie.

It is a nice appartment, but needs to looked after. A good clean would be a good idea. Fluff in the corners.

The apartment was on the 4th floor of an apartment block on the outskirts of Beaune. It was well laid out with a kitchenette area, living room space and a bedroom area, the latter able to be screened off by curtains. The sofa in teh living room converted to a double bed and there was also a fold down bed in this area. The kitchenette was well equipped and the apartment also benefitted from a good-sized fridge-freezer and small washing machine in a utility room. A large supermarket was within easy walking distance of the property. Perhaps the best feature was the balcony, affording views over the outskirts of Beaune towards some nearby hills - it was an ideal place to sit and eat. The apartment block was adjacent to a parking area which appeared to offer plenty of space for guests.

Although the main bedroom area (containing a double bed) is screened off from the main living area by curtains, the apartment is open plan.

Location is excellent - very close to the old city. The balcony is very pleasant.

The host forgot to send instructions how to enter to the property.

Nothing.

Too dirty to stay at which meant booking another room late at night. Fridge and toilet smelled, greasy marks on many surfaces, food still in the sink, and many examples of dirt left uncleaned for a long time.
