We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

**Review of Hôtel de La Poste** I recently stayed at Hôtel de La Poste and had a pleasant experience. The room was simple yet clean, offering just what you need for a comfortable stay. Dinner at the hotel was quite good, and breakfast was more than sufficient with a variety of options to start the day. One of the highlights was the live acoustic guitar band playing some great rock music during our stay—it really added a relaxed and enjoyable vibe to the atmosphere. Overall, a solid and satisfying stay!
