Really friendly staff, big room, spacious and modern bathroom, soundproof and everything a short walk or metro ride away. Real good value!

Nothing, everything was good!

The hotel, room and bathroom were very clean. The room had air conditioning which was very welcoming after a hot day. The staff were very polite and friendly.

Its rooms and communal areas are very outdated and in need of a good makeover.

Excellent location in the centre of Paris and near to metro stations. Quiet hotel, comfortable rooms. Breakfast is superb. Staff are friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location, The Staffs Samira and Henri in reception were really nice and friendly and helpful ，I was updated the room from single to double，it was good with comfort bed and pillows 。I had wonderful stay of six days in Paris，there is two Metro stations nearby the hotel ，one is Saint Denis which is 5 Mins away walking from hotel if you take RER B from CDG airport and transfer at Gare du Nord，second is Bonne Nouvelle，which is must to be riding when you visit the scenic spots。20 mins you can reach the palace Louvre museum 。the hotel hasn’t still completed the renovation，so just ignored the few dusts in the lift and builders who appeared in the corridor。also there is plenty of Bar and variety restaurants and at least three supermarkets around area。

The hotel was in a great location, staff were exceptional, especially with limited French users, beds and room were great, would definitely recommend to friends and family. Breakfast was included (optional) which was very satisfying.

Staff were delightful and the room was comfortable and well appointed. The air-con was also a godsend in the middle of Summer!

We loved our stay! Hotel was in a great location with refurbished bathrooms and aircon. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Paris. Thanks for a great stay :-)

Great breakfast and convenient location near the metro station. Staff were great and rooms quite nice - they upgraded me to a double free of charge which was great.

A bit of construction occurring at the site but it wasn’t super disruptive.

The staff were very friendly, the location was fantastic.

The toiletries could have been better, especially for a slightly longer stay.

I liked the location, 20 minutes by foot to Louvre, Opera, Montmartre and very close to two metro stations. The staff was also really kind and helpful.

The wifi didnt work

The hotel is located just steps away from a lively main street where all means of transportation are available, as well as beautiful restaurants and upscale shops. A ten-minute walk is sufficient to reach Galeries Lafayette and the cathedral. My stay was wonderful with the wonderful reception staff who helped me a lot to have a wonderful and unforgettable vacation.

The hotel is not as overpriced as the other hotels in the city - the city is beautiful for surem though The staff was friendly, not that helpful, but friendly The location was good

The wifi did not work The air conditioning did not work The staff could not fix it and did not make an effort neither, but they were very friendly to be fair The hotel is way overpriced for hotels in other cities, but very reasonable for Paris, which is a beautiful city for sure
