How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Can hear some doors and a couple came in at 1am,girl didn't stop talking for 20mns , never heard the guy...loll Cleaning team little noisy also.
The price was OK for what we got . Air-conditioning is fast and good. Bathroom is good ( better than Hotel F1cabins) Not the noisiest hotel indeed.

Only one small, poor quality pillow. Rather noisy heating unit.
Good location for us near motorway and vet hospital. Friendly, clean, excellent value for money, good restaurant adjacent.

Free parking is a bit jumbled out front. Some walk area trip hazards ( rubber Inlays arching up). . Bathroom a bit dusty with drain pipes for AC unit..
Comfy bed, efficient use of room space. Decent breakfast buffet with boiled eggs , meats and cheeses..some nice spreadable soft cheeses. Additional parking in rear..if you can find the access. Good value overall and we have stayed at other Contact Hotels. Good window seals to block street noise.. staff at desk around the clock.

The view was of the old post office and car park but it didn't cause any problems, just not a great view.
Nice room, fairly spacious and very clean. The bathroom was larger than other hotels in the same price range.

Old room, not perfectly clean. Not much services and no 'goodies' in the bathroom. Bad access unless you have a car.
Nice bed, really comfortable. Quiet hotel, perfect for rest.

It is a little far from the city center and the metro stop.
Very comfortable bed , nice clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and there were parking spaces available. Animals are welcomme for a small fee

A bit far away from the centre but not bad comunicated (~ 30 min, bus/walk + metro) I missed salty food at breakfast (eggs, ham, cheese...), but the rest was great (cereals, fruit, raisins, almonds, natural orange juice, croassants, chocolate cake, pancakes, great mermelada (three types!!), maple syrup, nutella, honey...)
Clean, confortable and veeeeeery nice people!! Free park, we could let the car there the whole day while visiting Toulouse :)

Location a bit far from city centre although public transport is adequate. Breakfast could have been better for the price.

We liked the room with the balcony that is very well insulated and therefore quiet despite the fact that is is near a main road. Staff were excellent , very helpful and friendly.

it‘s an 80‘s style hotel next to a huge road, not far from the highway in an industrial area. There was a room party nearby ob the same floor. Too tired to complain or even care.

Hello evreyone ! yesterday 1 of my drivers sleep there for one night.. after my payment online when my driver arrive there , staff for there ask him to pay one more time for ,,guaranti cuz don’t smoke on the room”” I don’t have any problem with that.. My problem its, cuz in the morning when ask to give money back, at 7:30 in the morning, they give him money back at 11:30….wtf????

No coffee/tea/kettle in the room. Coating of bathtub chipped off in a big section. Terrible view😂 Breakfast was 8 Euros and that felt overpriced given the offering.
Easy check in, staff were kind and helpful. Wifi was good, bed was comfortable.
