We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaA nice touch to make this a perfect stay would be to include sufficient toilet rolls, some dishwasher tablets, hand wash and the guest cards for free train tickets. Improve the standard of cleaning which was average at best. These things have all been highlighted by other people in their reviews sadly not acted upon by the property managers. These things did not affect our stay, a trip to the supermarket and the information centre in Chamonix provided everything we needed.
The location La Praz is ideal if you don’t want to be in Chamonix town. Bus stop to Chamonix right by the property. The gondola to Flegere close by, happy hour in the hotel next door! A nice walk along the river to Chamonix. So the location was perfect for us for a summer stay. The apartment was comfortable and the basics provided. Parking was also secure and easy.

United KingdomThe skis and boots cupboard a little small for a family of 4 with equipment, but did like everyone else left the boots in corridor.
The apartment was beautifully decorated and very warm and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the white cotton linen were an added bonus. If you wanted to stay in all amenities were available.loved it .

Fantastic apartment, all the facilities we needed. Nicely located in La Praz with ski hire and cool bar (Petit Social) just across the street, and minutes walk from the Flegere lift. Nice walk or short bus ride to Chamonix Centre. Looking forward to booking again for next season!!

United States……the apartment was a bit odorous…..smelled as if a dog had been kept in the apartment. ( I mentioned it to the staff). We spent a half hour perhaps more getting the television to work……apparently a remote control battery problem. If so this could have been part of the pre lease check by the staff.

United StatesThe whole apartment smelled like fish. The bedsheets really smelled bad. There was no hand soap and laundry soap, and no paper towels, and no toilet paper. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels. What is the point of booking this? If we have to buy everything ourselves, I might as well just book a the hotel.

PolandFor 6 nights family of 3 got one paper roll, one dishwasher tablet, no kitchen paper towels and no laundry tablets. Should I buy everything and leave it there? Extremely uncomfortable pillows, you can’t squeeze square pillow into smaller rectangular cover, it’s impossible to sleep on this. Cleanliness below standard.

United StatesThe apartment was not clean when we arrived. The floor had visibly not been vacuumed or mopped, the counters and tables were covered with crumbs. The toilet had urine on it and the shower had hairs. The garbage was not emptied. It seemed all they did was change the sheets and nothing more. The owners did send a cleaner back the next day, but it was not pleasant to arrive and stay one night in someone else’s mess. That said, if they fixed the cleaning issue, I would stay here again.
The apartment is very spacious with plenty of room for our group of the three to lounge, eat, and get ready each day. The furnishings were very nice, and the apartment is very updated. Great location outside of the main town area - close to a few restaurants and shops. Accessing the unit was very easy.
