We did stay @Domained'Aveluy for the 3rd time now and enjoyed it so much again. Nice owners, beautiful garden, good breakfast, clean room and we enjoyed the outside pool and jacuzzi which was so much fun. Merci beaucoup!

Nothing, perfect!

A very charming and comfortable stay in a stunning setting. We received a warm welcome from Jerome. The room was modern, with all required amenities. The bathroom spa was perfect after a long week. Breakfast was freshly prepared at a requested time. We look forward to staying again.

Stairs to the first floor was a bit steep so care needed if you have knee problems. Help with luggage was provided.

Location was convenient for Albert and other WW1 sites. Garden/grounds were beautiful. Owners very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a good variety and set out on each guest's individual table.

A beautiful quiet location. Sandrine ,Jerome and Louise were so welcoming and helpful. Our room No3 was very spacious with a very comfy bed, beautiful bathroom with shower and spa bath. There was a kettle and Nespresso machine. The grounds are spectacular with a very large lake which you can walk round and plenty of wildlife to watch. Breakfast had a great choice including scrambled eggs every morning with meats and cheese. There is ample parking and the WiFi is really good. Domaine d'Aveluy is a perfect place for visiting all the memorials of the Somme Battlefield and is only a short car journey from Albert where there are many restaurants. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

The setting of Domaine d'Aveluy is.perfection in itself. The grounds are idyllic. Add in the excellent accommodation and facilities and it is a real gem. Continental breakfast was lovely with scrambled eggs, bread, charcuterie board, croissants along with cereal, youghurts and fruit on offer. Something for everyone. The hosts were very accommodating as our flight was delayed and we arrived late for check-in. All in all I would highly recommend a visit, whether to base yourself for the Remembrance Trail which we did or just simply for a break away.

Beautiful big house, garden and lake. The white peacock couple with 3 little newborns were cute. The house was clean with very nice spa facilities! Also nice owners and Sandrine made us a delicious breakfast. We loved our stay and when we are around some time again who knows "a bientôt"!

Nothing really, but be aware access is from Aveluy, there is no access from Rue De Velodrome.

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. Super clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, spa, impressive breakfast with a wide array of choices and really scenic property. We stayed here while visiting some of the WWI (Somme) battlefield sites and it is a convenient location from which to do so. Next time we are in the area I plan on booking here.

Wonderful location, gardens of this property are lovely, the property sits at the side of its own lake and it is wonderful to sit by it or walk around it!. The hosts were very helpful, very friendly and very accommodating, they make you very welcome and clearly want you to enjoy your stay ; the breakfast was first class. I would highly recommend.

Really charming bed and breakfast in a lovely setting next to a very large pond and Ancre river with peacocks roaming free and Shetland ponies in a paddock. Small play area for the kids. Perfect stopover and base for visiting the area.
