Fabulous property on the outskirts of Beauvais but perfect for the airport of visiting the surrounding area, reception was most welcoming would not hesitate to recommend

The hotel address was so wrong on the booking.com literature??? About 4 miles wrong!!! We only found the correct address as we saw another couple looking for the same hotel in the wrong area but luckily they had found somebody who knew this hotel location. We all where expecting the hotel to be in the southern part of the city but in fact its actually just outside the city in the North!

The location was very difficult to find as the wrong address was in Booking.com but once we called the venue they gave us the correct address. It was amazing , beautiful setting in the middle of the country, lovely gardens. The beds were really comfortable and rooms lovely . Would have liked to be able to open the windows though. The pool was lovely and dinner fantastic . Breakfast was served early for us as we were getting the ferry. The family were very helpful and kind.

Access back into property may better in the future if automated entry is possible. Other than that, people were so great to us and our three kids.

Great food, big rooms, friendly staff, beautiful grounds, and 15 drive to any major shopping needed. Would absolutely book again knowing what we know now of the property!

This place is amazing. Its about a 15 minute drive from the town in a beautiful country location. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a big bathroom. It has an indoor swimming pool and beautiful grounds. The staff are very helpful. We arrived around 8pm and did not have a car. We were a little concerned as we did not see any shops or restaurants near by. We asked the host where we could eat and he said you can eat here, what would you like? They made us delicious pork chops, potatoes and asparagus with a Caesar salad. Nothing was too much for the staff, they treated us like royalty. We had a wonderful stay here. We took an uber from the train station and wished we had a car so we could explore this beautiful area more.

Distance, lack of transportation.

Excellent property, friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, good ambience, spacious garden But transportation to the property is expensive, No bus, No Tram only Taxi 10 km to Airport 13 km to Train station Address given in Booking . Com is wrong, before you book Taxi, contact the property by phone to get the correct address.

Very nice property. Aesthetically pleasing. Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Has a homely feeling to it. Food was fresh daily. Pool was Warm and clean. It was quiet also. Very pleasurable experience. 14mins from beauvais airport and 10mins from main town. Hiring a car would be ideal for staying here.

Absolutely gorgeous accomodation, staff very friendly and super accommodating, we arrived late and the kitchen made us dinner at 10.30pm. very clean and the pool looked amazing unfortunately I didn't have my swim gear with me. The location is lovely if you want to chill and relax in the countryside, I would have loved to get the massage but again we didn't get checked in until late, it is a bit far out if you're planning on having drinks elsewhere this wouldn't be an option If we knew the location beforehand we would have been more prepared.. The rooms were very warm aswell, and we couldn't get the AC working The address is different on booking.com and not the correct one, although staff did email the correct one before we arrived I just didn't see it until the last minute. Which could cause hassle for others. Overall a very very pleasant stay

First of all, the address on booking.com is wrong!!!When we landed at Beauvais airport, we arrived at the wrong place and it is miles apart! Thankfully a helpful person told us where to get to, and even told us that many people experience this issue. When I brought this up to the lady at reception and told her the address should be updated, she gave me a strange look saying it was sent to us by message. But really, we should know the location before paying as it helps us decide whether it is worth staying this far out of Beauvais or not. The hotel in the middle of nowhere and really difficult to get to from Beauvais centre without a car. We spent a lot on taxis for getting around. The rooms are not soundproof! You can hear every small noise, even the staff cleaning at night or the people staying next door. They do not have a restaurant and there are no restaurants around, we had to bring our own food in. The rooms above the swimming pool smell a bit like chlorine. Checking out was really difficult, there was no one at reception and we had to call and ask where to leave the key.

Really pristine and beautiful, surrounded by trees and nature. The place is well looked after and there is a lovely lake around. Delicious breakfast in the morning. The sauna and swimming pool are lovely and very clean.

Location is in Fouquenies, a few miles out of Beauvais, and while lovely, Booking.com has it on their website in central Beauvais, even showing it on the map in Beauvais. It was highly irritating at the end of a 4hrs drive to end up at a residential property! Ringing the 24hr line resulted in an answer phone which fortunately gave us the web address from which we worked out it was 3 Rue de Beauvais, Fouquenies, a few miles down the road.!

The staff were lovely and the bed comfortable.

There was a lack of information about use of hotel and no telephone in room. The doors looked solid and soundproofed but they were very creaky. The polished marble floors reflected every sound. We were next to room 5 family room. The family from hell spent the evening banging doors, shouting and running around. It was impossible to sleep. The odd restaurant was outdoor dining and an overpriced bbq that we ate surrounded by French chainsmokers. A massively disappointing waste of money

On arrival it appeared to be clean, tranquil and modern. The pool was great and the grounds were lovely

We had 2 paid reservations and one of them(first one) was cancelled on the day of check-in at 5:00 pm, leaving us stranded. Don’t be fooled by the photos. There are many problems with this property: • It is in the middle of nowhere. Although about 15 minutes from the airport by car, you will be completely stuck without your own vehicle, as there is no public transport or anything within walking distance. • There are no facilities apart from a small pool. The surrounding area is just forest, full of mosquitoes, with nothing else to do. • The staff were the worst part. They offered to arrange a taxi but instead called their friend, who charged us 20 euros for a ride to a nearby restaurant, even though we had agreed on 12 euros. He never returned the change. • The rooms have no sound insulation, and staff were making noise as late as 11:30 pm. • We requested a taxi to the airport for 6:00 am, and the receptionist confirmed it, but no taxi ever showed up. There was nobody at reception in the morning to help us. She also promised to prepare snacks since we would miss breakfast, but nothing was prepared. • If you need to reach the airport reliably, stay far away from this place. Ordering an Uber took almost 30 minutes because the property is so remote. This was a deeply disappointing and stressful experience. I strongly recommend booking somewhere else.

Isn’t in the location as shown. Took an hour to find it after asking directions from a local. Arrived and no one spoke English. The only thing they managed to say was “we give refund”. They said they had refunded the money and we had to leave. No bar or restaurant and pool covered so not useable.

The main issue we had was the noise that echoed around because of the tiled floors everywhere. We were in room 1 and the noise from chairs being moved, music and chatter just echoed loudly into our room. A door from the pool area to the rooms would reduce this for the rooms not on the balcony area. Some better instructions for tv use would have been good.

This was a stunning location and the staff were excellent and went out of their way to assist and look after us. The accommodation was of a really high standard and the best we could find in the area. Well done!
