I booked the apartment for myself and my mother, for 2 days , from the pictures we were so happy, when we arrived at the building the joy turned to panic, the stairwell had a terrible smell, when we entered the apartment we immediately realized that this was not the apartment we rented, instead of sleeping comfortably, we found a dirty apartment, the stairs to the gallery are dangerous and unfortunately my mother was injured trying to go back down, in addition we realized that the apartment had only one bedroom and another 5 square meter storage room with a single bed, again not matching what we booked, We immediately called Booking to ask to be moved to another place and to inform the owner of the house that we were not staying in the apartment, Booking informed us that they would contact the owner of the apartment but she does not speak English so they would send her an email, We tried to contact the owner of the apartment and rented a hotel room at a very high price because it was a last minute deal, In trying to get a refund from the owner of the apartment we were told in a rude manner That she wouldn't refund us anything because we left a light on in the apartment and she paid for the electricity. Of course, I took a photo of the apartment and also of the exit from the apartment. If we had left the light on, we probably would have fallen on the way out. A terrible experience, a terrible apartment owner, not recommended at all., she clearly say , I will not refound you even that I know you didn’t stay as ponishment for not terming off one lump

Beautiful apartment. Great communication from owner and clear instructions for entry. Extremely clean and facilities were top quality. New oven and fridge. Coffee maker and much appreciated espresso pods. Owner left us milk,, bread and butter, pasta and sauce, etc. Lovely touch, thank you. We were there in a recent heatwave. The 3 huge fans were a huge help!! High up on hill side but when you find the escalators and elevators from the streets below then you can cut out almost all of the numerous staircases!! Tip - If you are arriving at the train station then go DOWN the escalators on the platform not UP into the shopping area. Then you can take an elevator and another escalator and that leaves you 10-15 mins walk to the apartment. 100% recommend this apartment and we would stay again

We spent 3 nights in the apartment and I really highly recommend this place. The apartment was beautiful, we had everything we needed. I especially want to highlight the host who was very helpful and kind. We will definitely return to this place.

The apartment was fantastic, very peaceful and great value for money.

The location was great but all those stairs up from Jardin Exotique are a killer! For anyone elderly/disabled or unfit then just come out of the apartment and go left to follow the road round to Jardin Exotique or the bus stops.
