The description didn’t make it clear that this is actually a 2-bedroom apartment and the owner lives in the other bedroom. So it’s not truly a private apartment. You have use of the living room and kitchen and a private bedroom and bathroom. Also- be aware that they expect a 300€ cash deposit on arrival.

The location can’t be beat! Easy to access by train, right at the base of the Eiffel Tower. Apartment very clean. The host (who lives on site) was great. Lots of storage space in a reasonable-size bedroom.

I think the description of the place is a bit misleading. Personally I thought it was a hotel and it is not. Depending on your room you might have to share a bathroom. There is not really a free breakfast, there are some snacks. Since it’s not a hotel there’s no cleaning service for the room, no typical amenities like iron in room. Bedroom door does not lock when you’re not inside so you also have to be very trusting that no other guests will enter your room. We never had any issues, but these are just some things I did not expect when I initially paid.

Owner is very kind and location is right around the corner from the Eiffel Tower.

Getting in was a bit of a challenge. Had to wait until 6:30 pm to check in. Maybe just because it was New Year's Eve, I don't know. Checking in that late was a hassle.

I had the pleasure of staying in a truly special place, just 30 meters from the Eiffel Tower. You can sip your morning coffee with the Iron Lady right beside you, as the light dances over the Seine. The apartment is located in a historic building full of charm, yet it’s been renovated with a modern touch and great attention to comfort and detail. Hosted by two incredibly kind and friendly young people, you feel at home from the very first moment. Everything you need is there, from bathroom essentials to fresh water in the fridge. The view is a dream: you can see the Seine right from the window, and just a few steps down the street you’ll find the water bus stop or the Bateaux Parisiens. Trocadéro is only 150 meters away, a beautiful area perfect for walks, photos, and enjoying the city’s atmosphere. It’s a place I would return to anytime, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. A beautiful Paris, lived with an open heart.

Missed having the ability to make coffee real coffee (not a bit fan of the instant coffee that was offered. Even a simple French press would be lovely addition for a regular coffee drinkers.

Great location near brasseries, cafes, shopping and public location. Beautiful view from the living room dining room window of the Seine. Close to public transportation and the “c” train that runs along the river and makes quick work of getting to major attractions. Building felt quite secure with several levels of security. And major bonus after a long day of walking… a cute tiny elevator (after a few steps up) makes getting luggage and tired bodies up to apt). Comfortable common area to relax and hang out when you need a break. More importantly than the property was the gracious host who is full of local knowledge of recommendations of places to eat. Places to go and inside knowledge of local music clubs and what times to go to different things to avoid crowds. Great location in the historical building just some meters to Eiffel Tower. Amazing Paris 7 with a lot of restaurants for the breakfast, lunch and dinners. Very safe feeling during walk. You can prepare also Tea in property - what was important for me:). thanks to the host.

Room was beautiful and so close to Eiffel tower, it was unbelivable!! Elisa, the host was just as beautiful, kind and very helpful. This location is the best place if you want proximity, Parisienne feel and an attentive host! Highly recommend and would return in a heart beat!

The checking process could’ve been more clear. The host should provide detailed instructions on what will happen when you can check in.

The location was amazing! Literally steps away from the Eiffel Tower. So much to do in the area and the host was fabulous. We had a little bit of trouble, figuring out how to get in. We could not reach the Host. And more saddle, we loved the apartment!

Booking.com sold us 2 beds room and I specifically paid for 2 beds. Ended up there was no 2 beds at all. I tried to contact support team and they NEVER answered me. Also, I had impression that it’s a hotel room (I marked it under hotel search). Was very surprised that it’s actually shared apartment with other people in there. So, we both had to share living room and kitchen. It was family with 2 kids who were so loud. Breakfast included option meant that you need to make your own food if you want to. Some yogurt, tea, coffee, fruit, milk cereal, water were available all the time. Also we were not aware about construction above this apartment. They were starting at 9 am and constantly making loud noises.

Very Comfortable and Great Location - very close to north leg of Eiffel Tower - next to the Seine River - many good restaurants around the area - plenty of metro and bus stops close by.
