Loved the interiors, size is bigger than expected for Paris. Close to Eiffel & to metro station which makes it easy to commute around Paris. Loads of nice restaurants around the area, bank & pharmacy across the street. Literally home away from home.

The only downside, which for me was not a big issue, is that the room is quite small and might feel inconvenient for those who prefer more space.

The hotel’s location was perfect for anyone wanting to explore both the famous tourist attractions of France and experience local life. The bed was very comfortable, the shower room was wonderful, and everything else made the stay truly enjoyable.

Having to wait round for the food each morning to be replaced wen the staff was just standing round

The breakfast service was slow and we had to wait quite alot for the food and drinks to be replaced. The food selection was ok but could be better if they added a couple more items but otherwise it was acceptable.

The bathroom lights didn’t work. & my tissue box was stuffed with tissues that I had to make sure weren’t used. They weren’t but not sure why they were stuffed back in there. I think they could have just presented new tissues without saving ones perhaps from the end of another box or something.

Bed was supreme comfort. Don’t worry about the metro being close it wasn’t noisy with the windows shut. Fabulous room design. Great location.

It’s small, only because we’re not light travelers😁. We had a hard time opening our massive luggage’s, but it was manageable.

The staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. Amil, at the front desk was super gracious. We asked for restaurant recommendation and he gave us one with Terrific food and very metro accessible. We had good food and very easy commute. The property is very close to everything.

They take a 100€ insurance deposit when you start your stay i only found out about it through the reviews on booking (its in the fine print on the booking it self) i don’t mind it but maybe keep it in mind while booking

The location is very nice close to the metro, many restaurants and bakeries around the hotel. The room was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel smelled really nice and the aircon was on when we arrived so the room was chilled and nice upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this hotel for other people coming to paris

I didn't like that in booking It's not mentioned the money to be paid at the hotel for the taxes and also the 100€ that needs to be given as a safe deposit, especially when I have reserved 5 rooms.

The smell of air freshener near the reception. My sister and I suffered sinusitis and the smell is strong. Anyway, we’re out most of the day, not really a big problem.

It’s close to Eiffel Tower and shops. The male on the reception is nice and helpful ( sorry forgot his name ).

So narrow, leakage in shower. Toilet paper was so cheap. Only for 2 luggage capacity room. No fridge no coffee machine.

It’s 13 mins to eiffel, 2 mins to metro, 6 mins to grossmarket. Room was so narrow. We hardly put our 4 luggage. No fridge, no coffee machine. Bath was leaking water which makes wet after your bath. You need to clean water with napkins after shower to not make wet your feet towel. Only good thing room sees the top of Eiffel Tower. Only good thing it was. We just slept and went out to live.

I had neither courtesy water, nor coffee/tea for personal consumption. Also, unusual to have to pay 100 euro as a mere caution (typically returned 1-3 days after the stay.

Very nice rooms, well decorated, air conditioning easy to change from my own room, very friendly staff at the reception. Extremely close to the Dupleix metro station (line 6), hence very convenient.
