The buffet breakfast didn’t have much of a selection

The carpet needs a refresh, it smelled a little. The cleaners didn’t change our towels on our first day there, even though I left them on the bath, but I wrote a message for them and they changed it the next day. They didn’t replenish the instant coffee sachets in our room and also didn’t clean the dust that was in the bathroom. There are some tea bags in reception but you have to pay to consume them outside breakfast hours, which seemed strange to me.

The location is the best thing about the hotel, it’s a two minute walk from the underground station and about 15-20 mins to the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was good as well and the person who served breakfast is very helpful and friendly. They had the essentials for food - hot food (scrambled eggs and sausages), pastries (which were lovely), yoghurt, cereal, cakes, coffee and juice. There was no fresh fruit but everything else was good. The air conditioning (ac) was really good. We came in August when it was around 30-35 degrees outside so having a functioning ac was perfect.

The hotel bedrooms needs a refresh.

The Gentleman on the front desk during the day was very pleasant and helpful. I came down with a stomach bug at the end of our stay and he suggested I go to local chemist and get meds to help relieve the symptoms. He and the housemaid were very kind and enquired how I was the next day. The location of the hotel (especially for the first time visitor) is excellent. A great variety of breakfast foods were available and litems were laid out and replenished as required.

Everything was really cool. It's not Hilton, but it has anything you need for quality vacation in Paris.

Little to no air conditioning…we tried to adjust temperature with no change. 2 twin beds were not very comfortable and room was small

Great location - very close to Eiffel Tower, and to Metro stations for other attractions. Rooms were on the small side, but clean, with comfortable beds and effective air con. Breakfast was great, with good coffee and lots of different choices. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of hotel was very nice near to metro station Dupliex also walking distance from Tour Eiffel. breakfast didnt include to my room price. Room was clean, comfy, all needs were there and price of the hotel also was reasonable. In my next trip also im planning to book this hotel. For budget price is great location and room size was better than other hotels in Paris.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the TV had limited options. That said, we didn’t visit Paris to sleep and watch TV, so these are just minor notes!

The location and the staff were excellent! This hotel is steps away from the M6, the Eiffel Tower, and many other attractions are within walking distance. For the cost, this hotel is an amazing deal and I would stay here again!

There was nothing not to like.

Very nice hotel. Location within a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and around the corner to a Metro station. The room, while not large, was adequate and very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in giving information on sights and transportation, and seeing that we had a Uber to the airport at 6 AM. Coffee available at night. Very nice breakfast. The Italian restaurant just across the street that was recommended by the staff was not only convenient but had excellent food and service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel needs cleaning and some renovation. Very dark also in the hallway.

The front desk staff refused to turn on the AC. He asked us to open the window, which in itself is rude and on top of that it was loud as Arsenal just won the semis. Finally, he did, but it needed lots of discussion. It was not a pleasant experience.

That day when we checked in the lift doesn’t work for maintenance. We stayed at the 4th floor is really not good for us .

The staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Location was excellent, you can see part of the eiffel tower from certain rooms, but it is quite near the tower though, only 1 metro station away. The breakfast was simple but good. The beds were comfortable.
