No air conditioning and that's a problem in the summer. There's a fan in the room but it can't do anything to cool you down. The gate and the barrier are complicated to open and you have to step it out of the car.

Very clean room and bathroom, although it is a bit old fashioned. The kitchenette is well equipped and the terrace is okay. The staff is very friendly and polite.

Please be careful that if you stay here during summer (like we did) it can get very hot and there’s no AC so you will be sweating a lot. That’s the only downside of the place in our opinion.

The location is amazing on a quiet area but you need to have a car to reach all the places, it’s not possible to walk anywhere. Considering that this was the cheapest place we found on booking with good reviews for our stay during the last week of June it was a good value for the money.

We meededen to be at Skema. The apartment is on walking distance. Further, there is not much to do, but for our aim it was perfect.

The bathroom's shower is a little old and so the sliding door was off the hinge and it was a bit small, the amount of soap provided was just enough and I would have liked to have a bit more without asking at the reception, and i wish there was any snack machine in the building cz the supermarket is a bit far and i didn't have time in the morning to go grab something before going to my workshop.

The beds were comfy and clean, the place is easily accessible from the main station in antibes, it was rather calm, the curtains were thick enough to block the light, the kitchen enough to prepare meals if one needs to, easy access, and the price is very fair.

The shower is very small, if you bend over slightly you'll touch the wall. Also, the fact that there is no reception on the weekends ans if anything happens you have to pay for someone to come over and help you does not make a lot of sense.

The room was clean and tidy, as was the bathroom. The heating system was very good for the winter. The beds were quite hard, which I prefer, as most times hotel beds are way too soft for my liking.

We phoned to say we'd be a little late and the lady at reception gave us good clear instructions for getting into our studio. The studio is typical of such residences, comfortable and well - equipped with a table and chairs as well as a "breakfast bar" with high chairs. We had a small balcony with a table and two chairs, looking across at pine trees, rather nice on a moonlit night! We couldn't seem to get the WiFi to work that evening but it worked first time next morning.
