Under-staffed - poor team running round as was so busy. No air con in the room - it was 38c when we got there - room was like a furnace and no fans left! We had two children with us who couldn't sleep

Bedroom windows only had electric shutters and faced o to the main walkway, so there was no way to have the shutter open but also have privacy in the room - if you had it open everyone could walk past and look straight in at you.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing — mostly bread and sweets, items ran out quickly and weren’t replenished. Also, with only one person handling reception, bar, phone, and breakfast, it often felt understaffed and inefficient.

Party every evening on the roof terrace until midnight, very loud music and heavy bass so you can’t escape it, ok for us for a night but not every night. Bathroom was very small, couldn’t turn around if the door is closed, but shower was good. Nice views from the room

Good location, easy to get to by car (parking is free on surrounding roads), clean rooms, good shower, sociable atmosphere (even had a tattoo studio in the foyer!)

The staff was not very communicative. More than 50% didn't speak English and were not making any effort to help us in the restaurant. Only when we had arrived on that day were they informed that a party was being hosted on the patio. It was very difficult to sleep, there was a lot of noise during the night with some guests, they started to fight (probably they're drunk after the 8h party). Also, there is no AC in the rooms, and it was too hot.

Bedroom was very warm at night.

Nice private beds, great for a group trip to Clermont. We went hiking nearby, so the proximity to the bus station was very useful to get to our location. Also a nice communal area, with board games and foosball.

Key cards don't work at the front door and of no fault of the staffs, there are not enough of them during peak hours of the day.

The staff were great, helpful, did their level best for everyone. Good facilities for cooking, reasonable prices, pretty good location wise. Dorms were clean and comfortable.

There were no towels so the staff member had to leave his job to help me. no 🧻 toilet paper, the WiFi code given was incorrect, the shower 🚿 was leaning towards one side and the toilet seat was broken. So was the kitchen sink tap 🚰 maintenance 👩‍🔧 of the place is obviously minimal and they depend a lot on the staff. The computer 🖥️ of the staff member was broken and he could not log in to do his job! The staff could not see easily I had breakfast booked so they asked me to pay, which is a problem of the system not of people behind the computer, dealing with poor UX for employees.

The staff were kind, helpful to fix problems as they arose. Empathetic and flexible with check out times and the bicycle. Always kind and smiling. Helpful with keeping bags after checkout. The room was clean, modern and the breakfast was plenty with nice coffee ☕️

The room is really small. From the window you see railways.

The personnel were nice and helpful letting us in earlier than mentioned in the mail. We had all we needed to spend a night before the flight. The hotel is close to the train station and bus station (about one minute on foot).

More of a range for breakfast, no fruit, cheese or cold meats and could have done with air con in the room so we didn’t have to have the window open. Right next to the train line, which would have been ok with air con and window closed.

Good value for a stop driving to the south. Staff very friendly and helpful. Secure parking which we booked in advance. Outside seating area which was nice.

A little bit noisier due to the trains passing under your windows - but not during the night. It was very hot in the room - there was no air-conditioning or fan. You can leave the window open but as there is a common outside corridor just in front of it, everybody can look into your room, so you close the window blind during the night and there is not a big chance to make the room cooler. But it´s true that the outside temperature was more than 30 degrees during my stay. So if it is not so hot outside it will be better in the room as well. The soap dispenser in the shower didn´t work and I was missing one at the washbasin.

The accomodation is about five minutes walk from Clermont Ferrand train station, a supermarket and some other shops. You have a view at the trains passing under your windows or on the city. The breakfast has a wide choice and you can have it inside or outside at the terrace with a view on the trains, the city and surrounding landscape. Good wi-fi connection. The staff was really nice. Thank you. :-)

Our room faced onto the main road and unfortunately it was very noisy so we didn’t sleep well. Lots of traffic noise, loud music from cars during the night and an army barracks opposite who were marching/singing. Not the hotel’s fault but unfortunate. The rooms are ok but very small - wouldn’t be great for more than one night

The staff were very friendly and the bar/lounge area was great with good views over the mountains. It was a convenient spot for our one night stay
