How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The pirate ship in the swimming pool was out of use during our stay which was a disappointment

Paying tax on arrival Paying extra for parking No drinking water in the rooms,have to buy and the restaurant only sells small bottles for a fortune. Breakfast was very basic Had to pay for swimming towels,they don't allow towels from your room.

The floors of the restaurant were sticky and the bedrooms, whilst comfortable, needed a deep clean.
The swimming pool was excellent. The food was good but very pricey. The bedrooms were comfortable and fairly clean but in need of a deep clean

Guests are required to carry their own luggage to the room. The room was not well cleaned — I noticed dust in the toilet. There is no air conditioning, and housekeeping does not clean the room on a daily basis.
Great location close to Disneyland, with a shuttle (navette) provided for guests

It was SO hot the first night, and the window in our room didn’t open to the outside- just to another part of the hotel that was very noisy. It was miserable!
The an esthetic was nice. The pool was fun. The rooms were spacious. The staff switched one room to one with AC when we asked after the first night. It was a great place to stay for catching a train to Paris.

Our bedroom wasn't hoovered & there were a few cobwebs on the ceiling. I found an old contact lens on the floor & my daughter (6) found a pill under the bed, luckily she's old enough not to put it in her mouth. Didn't advise reception as I just threw it away & then forgot about it 😕
It was a lovely family friendly hotel, with loads to keep the kids entertained. Pool was clean and slides were good. Outside play area was large. Inside play area near eateries and bar. Room was off a good size.

It says swimming pool but not actual swimming pool, it’s for kids and small water slides. Not bad though.

Needs a spring clean. Bedroom was ok, but needs carpets hoovered and cleaned.
Facilities for kids were great: outdoor play area, indoor soft play, bowling, arcades, swimming pool. Everything you could ask for. Buffet was good value and good food too.

Almost Everything was self-serve. No concierge to help with luggage, no room service, luggage storage was self serve as well.
Very kid appropriate. We spent 4 days at the hotel, went to Disney just 1 day and life had a lot to engage them the entire period… even after getting back from Disney at about midnight. Free shuttles to Disney, train stations and affordable shuttle to the shopping village was great.

The bath is quite small and all the food in location smells in the bath, although we have staied at 8th floor. The chlor in the pool water is very irritating. In August, we had as cover duri g the nught a winter blanket (plapuma), there is no air condition, so during night it was very hot and uncomfortable.
Clean, confortable beds, goos size double rooms. Good breakfast. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland.

The only letdown was the lack of air-conditioning in the room as the ceiling fan doesn't do much... wasn't too bad as we didn't spend long in the room.
The kids particularly enjoyed the pool, it's a great facility, also the outdoor play park is decent. The breakfast was nice and the staff are friendly. Small fridge in the room made all the difference.

The installations are a bit outdated. The fan on the ceiling was loud (with cracky noises), carpet on the floor not really clean. You can hear all the Doors from other rooms. Swimmingpool was nice for the kids, but crowded and it closes in the middle of the day (17.00-18.00). And they charge you everything, the parking, the towels, extra if you want a proper breakfasts with eggs and warm meal ( the regular buffet has fruit, breads, cereals and coffee/milks).
We choose this hotel To spend 1 night before moving to the Disney hotels and starting our day at the Disneyland park. So it has a good location near Disneyland and Personal was friendly.

The breakfast, was unaware you have to pay extra for a hot breakfast. This was also not mentioned at checking. Sad soft play was shut.
