How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The design is a bit overstylised for my liking, huge teddy bear, paw prints on the stairs, branded items etc. Question of taste.
Very comfortable room. Excellent staff. Clean modern hotel with a decent breakfast and well appointed rooms.

We didn’t love the location. But I’d still recommend the hotel. We had trouble finding it with our car since it’s not well marked on the outside with signage. Didn’t love the two single beds right next to each other. Wish there was a bit more separation between the two.
The breakfast was amazing! Make sure to include it in your booking. Everyone we met (staff) was friendly, accommodating and so helpful! They really went out of their way to make us comfortable during our stay.

Location perfect, spacious rooms, quiet and cosy, the fresh coffee and the refreshments were very nice. Also we travel with our baby and they thought even the bathtub and the babybottle warmer☺️ Very nice staff and you can easily access to the airport with just a step to the tram in front of the hotel💯

Too many tourists, lifts were very busy, coffee in French press was ok, but we weren’t used to it.
Architecture is peculiar, location is good, parking was available, food was good and fast (room service), very clean and towels were soft

Great hotel in perfect location for exploring the old town. Hotel has great restaurant and bar area and rooms are super and very comfortable. Staff great and very keen to help. We had a family room which was two rooms connected which was great to have the space and be so close. Would highly recommend

All was good really - maybe the bathroom could have been a bit tidier as far as the tiling goes but it was fine
Although from the outside, the building is really '60s concrete looking' this hotel was really spacious and modern inside with a great bar and dining area and a nice terrace. The room we had could maybe have done with a bit of an update in certain areas but it was big and comfortable. They had kitchens on each floor with drinks, sweets, biscuits and fruit which was really nice. Good location - just a 10 minute walk to the river

We stayed two nights and had an issue with our lavatory sink. We asked three times for it to be fixed and it was never resolved. If we’d had a longer stay we would have asked to move rooms; front desk staff were helpful and attentive but maintenance didn’t follow through in this case.
We were traveling by car so wanted a hotel with on-site parking. Location was an easy walk to the historic city center. Staff was lovely and breakfast was well presented.

Parking is pretty tight upon exit; wouldn't want to be doing that in a big car; everything else was good
Great interactions with every team member - Arjun upon check-in took time to take us through the city map and shared insights around transport and restaurant recommendations. Rooms were clean, spacious and beds comfortable - the shared kitchenettes on each floor worked well and a fresh take on minibars in every room. Tram and bus stops out the front of the Hotel; it's easy to get around.

The staff were excellent and the hotel was a great surprise - loved the decor throughout the hotel well thought out. Enjoyed the breakfast every morning, a lot on offer.
