Nothing really, its fine for what it is. I was happy with my stay. I never saw staff so can't comment on them. Everyone I stayed with was polite and friendly.

Decent value for money. Facilities were all ok and a nice walk to the town.

Shower was warm. Beds are what you can expect from a hostel along the TMB. Place is good for sleeping one night and having a social night at the bar and restaurant. Also good for making a quick breakfast in the morning.

The lady at the reception was not happy of my late arrival, but nothing to do; I had to walk through the scary path in the darkness from the main road until the hostel, no lights on the way, but it’s not related to the hostel, it’s more to the municipality 🙂

However, floor of room was very dirty. Not sure bed linen is changed often (though no bed bugs thankfully). Toilets clean, but shower needed a good scrub. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, but also needed a good clean. Doesn't take much to make a big difference.

Accommodated my late check in - thank you. I only saw the cleaning staff who were friendly and helpful.

This is where people who gave up on life come to rest. It just drains your soul and makes you lose the will to live. The carpet in the dorms hasn’t been vacuumed since the 19th century and the bed linen gets changed once a year, if so. Don’t get me started on the showers… It’s great for head banging, literally, if your taller than 150cm

It's a bit far from the city centre, but just 15 min in the amazing park and forest. The shower is restricted a bit, but it's okay for such types of accommodation

It's a really nice hostel! Super comfortable kitchen with all the stuff for cooking, big fridges. There is enough calm in the rooms, especially after 22. Everyone respects the rest of travelers.

BEDBUGS!!! Don’t book this accommodation until they have done a big clean up. The beds are so dirty, and now I’m struggling with bedbug bites and looking out for bedbugs in my luggage. Definitely not worth the cheaper price, because now i’m itching everywhere.

Creepy, unprofessional, dirty, unfriendly. It seems they don't worry at all about their own business neither the clients. They offer you breakfast, for example, and you have to write a WhatsApp to a number written in the door, but nobody answers. That is the breakfast. To forget.

Bed and the room was so dirty. Looked like never has been cleaned. Bathrooms are so tight you will get your hands and legs hit everywhere. 800m off from the road, needs 20 mins walk from bus stop, if you have a heavy luggage it's difficult as the path is rough to the location. I booked a night after a long hike in TMB , they booked the entire restaurant for a party with loud music till 12 PM when they announce everywhere not to make noise after 10 pm. Cheap but standard is soooo low.

It was 2 kms from chamonix center. Outside looked spacious with a kitchen Cheaper option in expensive chamonix

Littlebit far away from services and city, takes 10-15 minutes walk to the city. If many visit in shower within small time window, shower is cold. Showers floor and walls are covered by soap and grease from human skin, wich make wondering is it so hygiene, even very polite and lovely person is cleaning rooms every day. Toilets can be busy at morning, not too much capacity.

Price is reasonable, or even cheap. So level of expectations have to keep in reality. This is place where wash yourself and sleep your night. Nothing fancy, but basically ok.
