This was a very pleasant stay, the appartement was clean, large, comfortable, quiet and fully equipped. We enjoyed the terrace too. The lights were everywhere.

It was not possible to attach the shower head to the wall while taking a shower. This meant that one had to either hold it in one's hand while taking the shower or else turn off the shower while washing. This was quite uncomfortable.

Brilliant location, quiet area, the apartment was very spacious. It's our second time at les deux alpes, and it never disappoints.

The hassle of bedding not included in the price, but this seems to be a thing in this area. Kitchen utensils could do with being sharpened.

The ataff were excellent. I dealt with 4 different people and they could not help enough - highly recommend👍

Apartment is a good size.

after arriving tired, you need to drive further away into town where it is difficult to park. Then you need to pre-queue. Then you need to queue again. Only 3 people working at reception for many different apartments. Very bad check in. Then had to go back to the apartment and make all the beds. Then check out was just as bad as you have to load up the car and then drive into town, look for a place to park and then hand in the keys. It was not ski to door.

The Vacancole staff in the central reception were very pleasant and helpful. The Chalet (we actually ended up in l'Alba) was clean, a good size and provided a nice home from home for our stay.

Replies to messages to Vacanceole via Booking.com were very minimal and with days inbetween responses. We asked for detail about location, booking in and whether we needed to bring towels etc 3/4 days before arrival and didn't get a reply so we arrived at the resort and had to literally ask around to figure out what to do. Having to hire towels and sheets as extra is pretty ridiculous. We had to lug these across town in the end.

Location and clean.

No equipment, like dishwasher detergent or coffee filter or cleaning cloth. No washing machine or sauna. Checkout early at 10:00. Not a single hook to hang up something, Towel, hat, helmet, Clothes in other than closet. Check-in took long time. No Wifi.

Having to make beds on arrival and cleaning before departure and especially having to drive to a different location to pick up keys.

Beautiful views over the slopes. Very cosy.

Only one toilet for a family of 4 proved challenging. Very small for 4 adults. We were given wrong bedding on first day but just managed without.

Location is perfect, however with the perfect snow. In that case you can ski from the apartment to the nearest lift and come back home by skiing. Unfortunately, snow wasn't good enough so we he had to take the free shuttle bus which stopped in front of the building. Ski lockers ars good, every night warm and dry boots to start with in the morning. Bed is really okay, however there was no shower, we missed that. Now we had to stand in the bath en showered this way (there was no handle to put the showerhead in). This 4 persons apartment was great for the two of us, I really would not like to stay in here with 4 persons, then there is too less space.

The apartment was a good size and well equiped. The outside decking was spacious and ideal for our little dog.

We were disturbed on one night by another group of male guests two floors above us that were talking and laughing outside on their veranda all night. When we complained at 04:00 am in the morning, they just laughed at us and then threw still burning cigarette ends down onto our wooden decking. They finally went quiet at 05:00. We complained to the reception the next day and they assured us they would talk to the guests. The next two nights were quiet. After the cigarette incident, we noticed that the three ceiling fire alarms had been removed from the apartment. When we asked at reception, they told us they did not supply these. We told them we were very surprised at this as we consider these to be essential safety equipment in case of a fire. There was also no fire extinguishers in the apartment or the apartment reception. This is why we have scored this holiday below the exceptional markings.

the accommodation was spacious, comfortable and quiet. It’s a short walk to ski out, on a Green run that takes you to a chair lift. You can ski back as well. There is a shuttle bus, the journey back can be long.

You have to go to the centre to get your keys; it’s a 15-minute walk unless you go there first, which I would definitely recommend. We were dropped off as part of a transfer at the accommodation; there was nowhere to shelter while someone walks for the keys.

Spacious and clean apartment. Has everything you need, except for the washing machine.

- Communication was just horrible. No one ever picks up the phone/replies to emails. Because of traffic, we were late to arrive before office closing hours, and it was a lot of stress to coordinate key pick-up. - You need to pick up the keys at the office, which is quite far away from the apartment and is not convenient if you're arriving without a car PICK UP YOUR PHONE WHEN CUSTOMERS ARE CALLING!

No washing machine The rooms are dark (low lighting) No wifi and poor 4G connectivity The agency is not very responsive via email and they don’t pick up the phone.

Really amazing lodge - we liked how close we were to a chair lift.

Although the property was right next to a chair lift, it was quite far from shops, bars etc. about a 10/15 minute walk up hill to the start of the bars, shops etc. but another 20 minutes on top of that for the main restaurants and bars. This made us not want to venture out after skiing as it was very tiring.
