Excellent property, every little detail taken care of, can’t think of anything that was missed. Close to two metro stations which get you to the main sites of Paris. Property location was excellent with lots of local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Eric the host met us at the property and was brilliant and gave us good advise in places to visit locally.

Eric’s apartment is great. He has thought of everything. The kitchen is well appointed, there is a washer and dryer and two showers and two toilets. While the space is cosy, all the amenities and the location made it a great stay for our family. Metro stations are close by, a variety of grocery stores, cafes and restaurants all on your doorstep. We would definitely stay again. Eric was a great communicator and checked in on us during the stay to make sure all was well. Highly recommend.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

This apartment has everything you need! Air conditioning, an extra Paris phone, fully equipped and well stocked kitchen, great linens, comfortable beds, inside slippers, charging cables for any phone, washer and dryer….We love having the bath setup-almost like having 3 baths. The owner is very accommodating and caring-and he has been readily available for every communication. I would stay here over and over.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, all the requirements were in the apartment. The location was too close to the metro station and many options of cafes and restaurants were there. Eric was very nice and happy to help and respond quickly for any questions. I really will recommend this apartment.

Great location, easy walk to train station and lots of food options nearby. Apartment had everything we needed and beds were comfy. Loved having essentially 3 bathrooms (toilet, toilet/shower and shower) for the 5 of us. Fantastic to also have washer and dryer as we were there for 5 nights so needed to wash clothes.

I cannot think of one bit of criticism regarding this facility.

This apartment was the bomb! I had never seen an apartment that had three bathroom facilities in such a small space. One bathroom had a toilet and a sink, one bathroom had a shower and a sink, and the third bathroom had a shower, a toilet, and a sink. It was just me and my wife, but if four stayed here, it would still be extremely comfortable. There were also 2 large- screen TVs, which is unheard of. Both of them had their own Netflix account. The language had already been changed to our language so that we could actually watch TV and understand, even though we were in another country. There was a desktop computer, with an air printer. We used this to print out Tickets to activities. Extremely helpful. Climate control was perfect. We were there in November, and it was rather cold. But the remote control devices for the heaters made it very simple to make it whatever temperature we liked. In the living room, the sofa pulled out into a rather comfortable sofa bed. My wife and I use this to lounge on and watch TV at the end of the day. The washer and dryer were amazingly convenient. Many Airbnb facilities have a one unit washer dryer combo. They are sometimes hard to figure out. This has a separate washer and a separate dryer. Plus all the detergents and things we would need are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, blow dryer, everything you could want and need was provided. My wife even mentioned how she enjoyed the fan that was in the bedroom for white noise, making it easier to sleep at night. There are amazing gadgets. The TV in the bedroom comes up out of the console. The window separating the bedroom from the living room, becomes frosted so that there’s privacy, also there is a blind that pulls down for extra privacy. We walked in the neighborhood as late as midnight, and as early as 4 o’clock in the morning. It felt very safe. Everything that a person would need is within walking distance. Bakeries, are within two blocks walking distance.

We liked absolutely everything about the apartment. The host was excellent and was dedicated to making our stay as pleasant as possible. He made available to us with a mobile for free, gave us helpful tips on the local area surrounding the apartment, and over the period of time we were there checked discreetly that everything in the apartment met our needs. The apartment was quiet, extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, air con and heater were excellent, supplies in the apartment were fantastic. It was fabulous having 2 separate bathrooms and toilets. Washing machine and dryer were great and drying area for clothes out of the way. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Location was near metros nice area outside Paris. Worked really well for our family of 5 Home from home- absolutely everything ya need available hairdryers irons washing machines sun cream plasters things ya might forget they have it. Games books playing cards use of mobile phone. All of our boys want to go back and stay there again one wants to live there when he grows up!

We arrived too early and the owner himself welcomed us. Allowed us to park our luggage and even allowed us to check in earlier than expected. The instructions for the building were excellent, the apartment itself fully equipped with everything possible. The apartment is clean and the bedding is so nice. We were with two children and it was great when each child could sleep in his own bed. it was nice when we could also clean up after ourselves. It was very pleasant

The convenience was great. My communication was great, but the app for the door code initially sent instructions in French. I was able to get things squared away long before arrival.

I received the door code prior to my arrival and it worked beautifully. It was a little confusing at first because the app initially sent me the information in French. But instructions were provided fare enough in advance that I was able to get them in English in plenty of time. The door code was much more convenient than trying to coordinate with a person.

They thought of every detail. Everything! We are a family of five (2 adults, teens and a young child) and we were quite comfortable. Ultra clean, A/C, think of what you have at home and I’m sure there are more convenient items at this place. The location was great, close to two metro stations for easy transit to central Paris. The owner checked in with us and offered many tips. A phone was provided with free data and all so if you are travelling from outside without a data plan this is amazing. Plenty of places nearby to eat, and it was great to get away from the hectic pace of central Paris at the end of the day. Would stay again for sure.

Everything was great!

The location was great. It was close to several subway stops in a local neighborhood. The property was clean and the use of space was well thought out. Everything we needed was included, even the use of a cell phone with a hot spot which made is so easy to get around town. The host was fantastic and greeted us with a tray of freshly baked pastries. He also checked in with us to see if there was anything else we needed. It was a fantastic experience!

Nothing, we loved this apartment and the host!

We loved everything about this apartment! Eric, the host, was there to meet us and go over everything about the apartment, including the phone app we could use to unlock and lock the door, as well as the other features of the apartment. The apartment came with a cell phone that we could take with us around town and we could use it as a hotspot for our own phones. Eric made everything so easy, and he checked in on us after the second day to see if we needed anything. As for the apartment, everything was provided, included soap for the sink, dishwasher, and washing machine. There were charging stations around the apartment that included plugs for Android and iPhone. The couch turns into a very large and surprisingly comfortable bed that our kids (13 & 10) shared. The location, in the 11th arr., was close to two Metro stops, and there was a small grocery store about 100 yards down the road, as well as bakeries and cute little cafes. The apartment is located in a dead-end alley, so no vehicle traffic, and the only foot traffic was from other residents in the neighboring buildings. Sadly, we don't have any firm plans to visit Paris in the near future, but when we do, I will certainly book this apartment again. If comfort, service, and quiet are more important to you than city views, I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone.

It was perfect!

Eric, the host made everything extremely easy, from the detailed information on the apartment, how to get there, how to get in, how everything worked to even the smallest details like phone charging stations with multiple plug styles. A very nice little apartment that was absolutely perfect for our family of 5!
