The staff were outstanding! They really went above and beyond to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. The pool area was beautiful and an amazing asset. The hotel gardens were well manicured and beautiful to walk through. The bedrooms are very large and spacious.

The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because there is no tea//coffee/cups in the room, which is a standard expectation these days in my opinion.

Everything. The entry into the hotel is just charming and then it just builds from there. The outdoor gardens are meticulously maintained. It really feels like Provence. Beautiful building, trees, just wow. The pool was just magnificent, truly awesome. Service was exceptional and the mojitos yummy. I would return in a heartbeat. Great location too. Such a memorable stay.

Our room was a bit too small, but we were on a bit of a budget, and unsure how the others were and maybe it was just ours. It would have been nice ot at least have an extra little spot to put suitcases so we weren't jumping over them. There was no closet/wardrope so we had no choice.

Staff are SO friendly. So helpful, even when we needed a super late check in they made sure to accomodate. Hotel itself is beautiful, pool beautiful, breakfast great, and in a great location!

Great location and cool interior design. The staff were so lovely and helpful and really made our stay so comfortable. The beds were also super comfy and the pool was an added bonus!

Styling a bit ornate/gaudy for us and had effect of making hotel look a tad dated. Our comfort double was a bit small (would definitely go for a larger suite next time), tiny wardrobe, no coffee machine or robes/slippers either. None of this a deal breaker though and would definitely stay again but would have been nice. Also our ground room floor although located within the garden area at the back of the hotel so was very quiet, was a bit dark and lacked a bit of privacy as it opened out directly onto the garden where other guests could sit. We had to keep closing the curtains to get dressed etc. For me an upstairs room with a little balcony overlooking the garden would have been better. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. It looked nice but we don’t usually eat breakfast. if not included in your room rate it was €15pp.

Great boutique style hotel, an oasis of calm within in the centre of the lovely Provencal town of St Remy. The style was quirky and ornate.Peaceful gardens and relaxing pool area within, together with a small bar/lounge/breakfast area. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Great air conditioning in the room which was quiet too. Toiletries provided and complimentary water each day. The staff were extremely helpful (especially Pierre on the front desk) and had super recommendations for restaurants and everything else around the area. It was nice to be able to walk out of the hotel at any time of the day and access everything the wonderful town has to offer. Great market on a Wednesday morning too!

The building, gardens and furnishings were elegant and had beautiful french style. All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast in the beautiful dining room was a great way to start the day. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was fantastic. We loved everything and would love to come back.
