Exceptional welcome from Vincent on arrival in fact all the staff were exceptional in ensuring the stay went as we hoped. Perfect breakfast facilities. Location was ideal for touring the Loire Valley and visiting chateaus, in fact there is one just a short walk from the Hotel. Surrounded by some excellent restaurants all needs catered for.

I arrived on a motorcycle during the recent very hot period. The staff could not do enough for me to get securely parked up and out of the heat. The air-con in the room was very welcome considering the extreme heat.

Taiwangetting your suitcases to the room is easy once in the hotel but a bit difficult from the car into the hotel as you have to bridge a courtyard with pebbles
all was perfect. lovely village with great brasseries. Room was spacious and clean and still very castle authentic. The staff was very helpful. breakfast was simple but good.
