The apartment is very comfortable, well organized having everything what is needed to have a nice stay. Very comfortable beds and cozy mountains design. Wonderful view from the terrace. Great service to pick up and leave the keys.

Great character-filled property, nestled in a very strategic part of Chamonix, for access to the main shops and restaurants, as well as close to the main station, the Montenvers station, the Luge / them park and the Olympic facilities. There’s even a bakery of good quality on the opposite side of the block the apartment is within - very convenient in the mornings! The parking included on site makes this property even more convenient. The apartment is very secure and was lovingly kept. Great scenery from the bedroom windows and the balcony. Very helpful and kind host too. Great communication with us via the app.

Near to main road

Very well appointed apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Liked the tea and coffee provided, plenty of dishwasher detergent. Comfortable beds.

We couldn't make the washing machine work. Host was going to have it checked after our stay. Host was very responsive on the problem.

Great location

Proximity to the city center and comes with parking. Most restaurants are within walking distance. Convenient for buses/public transport as well for ski lift connections. Views from the house are amazing as well.

Unclear expectations for pet friendliness. We were charged 10 Euros/night for our small dog which didn't do anything in the apartment and no special dog specific arrangements were available either. On the other hand baby crib where a crib has to be brought and installed only costs 5 euros/night. Seemed unfair.

Location was great and very central

The manager was the rudest I’ve ever had staying at any property around the world. She was abrasive and complained that I didn’t give her sufficient notice about when I was coming despite the property claiming to having a “24 hour front desk”. This is not true… there is just one very angry and rude woman that showed up to let me in and lecture me after I had been awake and traveling for 36 hours to see my daughter. Apparently, they send you an email you have to look out for apart from the instructions from booking.com which we followed. It’s a bizarre and poorly communicated process in the modern world where most of these things should be automated (I have short term rental properties myself, am a super host on Airbnb, and would never subject my guests to this treatment) When it was time to leave, she hovered over us watching my daughter move her bags out of the apartment and made several rude comments. While the property itself was adequate, this woman made the stay very unpleasant. I do not typically leave reviews, but she made us uncomfortable enough that I thought it was worth mentioning to other guests in case they wanted to avoid such an interaction.

Great location and parking / facilities. Lovely useful items and little extras like hand soap and tissues etc left in this self catering property. Very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Good to have big sofa could have benefited from an extra arm chair and couple of 2nd pillows for the beds, but on the whole great set up!

Great location, clean and stylishly furnished. So convenient for ski hire, the baker in the same building and local restaurants. The ski bus stops also just nearby.

It was very difficult to find when we first arrived. We mistakenly thought it was a house and the actual building wasn’t as well marked for travellers unfamiliar with the town. We walked in circles for a time. Once we found it though, it was fine

Cosy, clean and comfortable apartment. Kitchen well equipped, appreciated the coffee/hot chocolate. Great location, especially with delicious bakery ‘La Panier’ directly underneath which was great for breakfast and sweet treats! Host very helpful, especially assisting with luggage storage after our check out.

Great location, near to the town centre. Views of the mountains and lovely balcony.

Close to the main road, so you can hear the traffic.
