The climb to the top of the hotels to our bedroom!!! This was only a minor hiccup and certainly did not spoil our stay.

Centrally based in Toulouse. Close to all the shops and to many restaurants. The rooms were clean and very cool. The hotel was quiet and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfasts were simple and very tasty. Would recommend.

Location was superb and the owner was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was compact but worked well. Great basic accommodation.

Didn't eat the breakfast at the hotel, so do not know how it is. There is a loads of breakfast places within 10 - 15 min walk. The location was really in the middle of the city, close to parking and all the fun places.

Listing options for parking would be extremely helpful. Coming from the US, it's hard to understand how difficult it can be to find parking. We had to call to ask after frantically driving around Toulouse after being unable to locate the Carme carpark. Listing les carmes on the listing would have helped us tremendously. We also did not realize the doors were deadbolt locking using the key. We thought they might have locked whenever the door closed, and then went out for dinner, it was OK though.

Staff was attentive, kind and very helpful. Truly wonderful staff. I cannot state enough, how exceptional your front desk attendant was. Great location, great staff, wish we were there another night.

Everything was good.

Pierre, the proprietor, is my savior. He helped me with a dental emergency; by doing so, he went above and beyond. Both he and Claire make you feel welcome; they offer good advice and are all-around good conversationalists. Breakfast is basic French. The room was spotlessly clean, and though the walls were thin, the guests were respectful of one another; it was quiet. The hotel is located about 1.5 blocks from the Esquirol metro station, 2 blocks from the St. Etienne Cathedral—it’s a beautiful area, central enough—only about 7 minutes by metro to the main train station. It’s also reasonably priced, very good value.

A fridge and/or kettle would be a bonus. Didn't bother us though.

Amazing location, central but quiet. Walked to all the sites. Great staff. Temperature control in room was good for mid winter visit. Loved our stay. Thank you.

The shower room needs changing, in my opinion. It's quite dangerous for an elderly person. The shower and toilets are on a different level than the rest of the room with no space to stand when we have finished to shower. It's difficult to explain but should be at the same level with the shower floor, so probably raising the rest of the room would be better and safer. I would have liked a coffee machine in my room.
