Dear Guest, We have carefully read your comment and sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we are surprised by some of your statements, particularly the mention of pests, which does not reflect the results of our regular inspections nor the feedback from other guests during the same period. Cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities in our establishment, and we work with a specialized company that carries out frequent checks. As for the decor, it reflects a deliberate aesthetic choice that many of our guests appreciate for its originality and warm atmosphere. Nevertheless, we understand that tastes may vary. We are also sorry that the comfort of the bedding did not meet your expectations. This is, in fact, an aspect that is often praised in our guest reviews. Lastly, the rate for your stay corresponds to the prices in effect during that period, based on our location, services, and the standards of our category. We completely understand that traveling with a full month’s worth of luggage can make stairs a bit more of a challenge, especially with no lift in the building. We’re sorry if the parking information caused any confusion. To clarify: we do not have private parking on-site, and we always indicate in the listing that parking is available nearby and is paid. Options include the public The Parking du Centre is not 1.1 km away, but 368 m from the hotel. I do it every day to take up my receptionist position. Your concept of distance needs to be reviewed. or street parking when available. We understand that the terms used (such as "parking garage" or "accessible parking") may have given a different impression, and we are currently reviewing our description to make it even clearer for future guests.
