We are very glad you appreciated our rooms and the service and especially our lobby with our tea time counter with some snacks, they are always available for our clients and we are glad you enjoyed them. Regarding our location, indeed, we are situated just above Le Marais, in a non-touristic area quite liked by Parisians, yet close by metro to all principal sights of Paris in 30 minutes. Turning 10 this year and what a compliment to be called new. We're happy that you enjoyed the room as you were upgraded in a Superior Double room, we know that for longer stay a bigger room is always more comfortable. As of the prices, we are trying to stay competitive yet accessible for a 4star boutique hotel and stick to the averadge parisian prices. Your stay was during the Fashion Week, hence why the prices in Paris were higher than usual. We are sorry to hear that Le Marais was not up to your taste. It's quite a parisian area, fulfilled with restaurant, café and boutiques. We hope to have the pleasure to welcome you again and give you a few advices to discover the gems of Le Marais. Our hotel is indeed not located right in the center of Paris, but as you said, it is easy to reach many other areas thanks to the 3 different metros near the hotel. Our Superior Triple of 22m² on the ground floor are usually of taste by family of 3, but if with a baby we always recommend the Deluxe room, 24m². Indeed, we are situated at just above Le Marais which is the best area if you are looking for authentic Paris, it has a lot of restaurants, and independent shops. Le Marais always evolve with its time. As you mentionned, our lobby is conceived to welcome our guests willing to relax or to work along with complimentary hot drinks and small cakes and cookies. Dear Francesco, Thank you very much for the friendly review! We are very happy to read that you felt like our Hotel was brand new. We actually opened 10 years ago but the hotel is regurlarly refurbished and we take care of it so that it always looks perfect ! The location is indeed ideal, in the middle of a very parisian and lively neighbourhood but close to the main touristic attractions thanks to the 3 different metros that are less than 5 minutes walking from the hotel. We are glad you could enjoy our Honesty Bar, served from 6pm to midnight in the lobby. We are very sorry that our breakfast did not convince you. When it is the case, it is always a pleasure for our staff to recommend the many places where to have a nice breakfast around the hotel. Also sorry to read that you found our rooms too small.
