Breakfast was limited in selection & seemed a little expensive compared to selections & prices at the other hotels we’ve stayed at during this trip.

Location-near city centre & Abbeys. Table-fan in room was greatly appreciated; would have been difficult to sleep otherwise.

The quilt was rather thick considering the temperature was so warm

The woman at reception was so nice. Very pleasant and accommodating both upon arrival and departure. She explained parking in detail and even came up to the room to explain where everything was. A very nice way to arrive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The small terace garden was a gem. Perfect to relax there with a glass of wine and a book. If you are there on a Friday, do not miss the morning market, just around the corner.

Single room was a bit sparse but everything was fine and bed comfy enough. Would stay again, decent price.

Great location near historic centre but secluded so not noisy. Room was comfy and bathroom good. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Staff were helpful and accommodating of my late arrival.

We did drive 7 hours to come to the hotel and arrived late. We were tired the next morning so when my partner went for breakfast at 9h35 he got told that he was too late even for picking coffee. Breakfast is til 9h30. At the end he could take a coffee. For tourists it would be nicer to have breakfast til 10am like most countries.

Staff very helpful, they managed to store our bikes in a store room overnight. Hotel well located for visiting places of interest in the town

Requires better exterior signage to find Hotel. Luckily I was arriving in the evening otherwise a 5pm check-in is late and would have booked another location. Room had a wardrobe but leaned and had to be kept locked. Sink was too shallow and the shower had no soap dish.

Hard mattress. Breakfast lacks inspiration. Poor cappuccino. Toilet separated but nevertheless in the bathroom.

excellent location, the roo. eas quite dated and small but the bed was very comfortable and the linen was good. Isabella at reception was fantastic, very helpful and friendly.

Their email didn't say they shut down between 11-5, just to arrange early check in. I really wanted to just leave my luggage while exploring the city, but the office was closed.

The room was great and the breakfast nice and convenient. Lack of an elevator made it a little harder, but not bad. If you don't tell them ahead of time, they won't be open 11-5, so plan accordingly.

We arrived early in Caen and the room was made available. On the day of departure the reception staff was very helpful in helping to find times of buses to the Port. However, the number 12 or 12ex which I thought went from the bus station, also stopped just outside the cathedral which would have been easier.
