Clean and functional

No lift

Thank you to the nice person on reception whom gave me a personalised tourist map as I had a few hours to spend in toulouse after check out Little touches like that mean the world Thank you

The 'single room' was very well appointed and designed making it an easy and comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful and the location excellent near to the main railway station

clean room and very comfy bed. the bathroom was clean but very small . Still everything worked well and shower was good. The Air con was fantastic - it was a very hot day and so good to have a cool room to rest in. The staff were very very helpful.

Getting the WiFi sorted was quite complicated - you'll need two access codes if more than one device.

The room was small, but had everything I needed. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - right next to the train station (I had an early departure the next morning). But noise and traffic were not at all an issue. The room was quiet and tranquil with a view of the Canal du Midi. But above all, was my outstanding experience with the staff. I’d rolled my ankle previously while traveling, and they went out of their way to help me. They were so kind and helpful. I was really wowed and would absolutely stay there again due to their amazing service.

Nothing I didn’t like. Just know it’s a minimalist hotel.

Unique room with nice view looking towards the canal.

Don’t think it had a lift but stairs were okay for us.

Hotel is located in the city center, close to the Airport bus and train station.

I could not sleep in the early morning as there was a lot of noise.

Location right by the Canal du Midi. Comfortable room with air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Reception staffed 24 hrs. Greeted us with a bottle of water on a very hot day.

Room v small but clean, compact.

Wifi was available for only one device.

The Staff were Excellant and the Location of the Hotel was Excellant

The Room was quite small and there could have been a better Choice for Breakfast. I appreciate that the Breakfast was Continental style but I feel that there could have been more choices particularly Cereals.
