United Statessuper chill room with all the things needed for a comfortable stay. Great view and cute little balcony. The coffee and water machine in the lobby were interesting in a good way. Location is good to walk into heart of chamonix for evening dinners etc. Overall a relaxing stay!

United KingdomJust a couple of minor issues… The key card reader at the bottom of the stairs was not working, meaning we were unable to easily access the stairs as an alternative to the lift. Limited cooked breakfast options on our first morning as several items had run out at least 30 minutes before the end of the breakfast session. We went down earlier on our second morning and all was good!
Great location close to the centre of Chamonix with lovely mountain views from our 3rd floor balcony, fantastic spa facilities, delicious meals in the Akashon restaurant and friendly & helpful staff.

United StatesI was really disappointed with the value for money. At $400 per night, I expected a room with a stunning view, but unfortunately, this room didn't offer any view at all. The room was also very small, although I understand that space can be limited in Chamonix hotels. Despite the hotel itself being lovely, I think $400 is a bit steep. For the experience I had, I'd say it's worth around $200 per night

Loved our room with the book nook that could be curtained off. Fridge stocked with complimentary drinks was a nice touch. Great lounge space and spa area. We didn’t use but loved the kids play area and complimentary bikes. Akashon restaurant was delicious and our fav meal of the trip. Amazing location next to Anguilli gondola, close to town but far enough away that it wasn’t noisy.

The hotel staff were kind, friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel itself was in the perfect location directly opposite Aiguille du Midi cable car and with stunning views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains. The spa was beautiful and the perfect pamper and recovery after the days of hiking. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chamonix.

United KingdomNO AC and it is boiling outside. We found it unfathomable that a relatively new build hotel has no AC. This made sleeping quite uncomfortable at night. A fan was provided but as we all know, this just circulates warm air round the room.
