We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaHotel and staff did everything right, only a hot tub at the pool would make it perfect!
Great room, breakfast and facilities. Complementary shuttle to and from airport was very efficient and staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel had lots of included bonus facilities for families like table football and video game system on big TV in lobby, and outside heated pool to pass a few hours and relax on site if you are tired from travel and don't want to go out. Whilst the hotel is an hour from Toulouse Centre on 2 busses there are a couple of really nice places to eat on a park 5mins walk away and the hotel restaurant looked OK too.

We were assigned an upgraded Queen's executive room. It appeared the hotel has taken every comfort into account. Hotel staff provided shuttle to the airport. Great breakfast although we had to pay separately.

IrelandOne thing we didn't like was not being allowed to eat lunch at the seating in the garden area beside the pool. We were told the food had to be eaten inside despite being allowed to take drinks out there! (in plastic cups at the pool side). It seemed like a strange rule?????
Everything was great, The breakfast was excellent, the room was fresh and clean. The pool area was amazing, pool was a perfect size and depth. Pizzas in the main bar were gorgeous and all the staff were attentive and pleasant to deal with. We arrived on a Thursday and stayed until Monday. Being in a business area the hotel emptied out on Friday so we basically had the whole place to ourselves for the weekend! It was like having our own private pool.

FranceThe shuttle service to the airport didn’t start until 7 Super Super expensive taxi . Not to far to walk but dark , raining, by a main road I’m a solo female traveler. They should really look into an alternative. 20€ for a 2 minute drive ridiculous!
