The staff were amazing. Couldn’t be more helpful, They helped get dinner reservations and places that seemed already booked,the service at breakfast was wonderful and the property was modern and clean. The location was perfection, with everything right at your door.

The location is perfect - so many attractions like Notre Dame and Sainte Chapelle are very close. Excellent restaurants and cafes all around the area. The staff is Incredibly welcoming and professional. We were there three nights and by the time we left they felt like family. At the front desk , Gabriella was very helpful and kind along with all of the staff. Roberto was excellent serving breakfast. The mangers of the hotel were also around for any questions, we even met the owner in the bar by happenstance and he was very involved in the hotel and the guests comfort. The 360 rooftop bar was incredible!! I would highly recommend this charming hotel to everyone!

Some extra storage would be beneficial, for instance floating shelves in the bathroom for the toiletries.

We went to Paris for my 30th birthday and after careful consideration we chose to stay in Hotel Dame des Arts. From the moment of the check-in until our departure, I felt we were really taken care of. The staff are the true highlight of the hotel, they're very professional yet naturally friendly - one to name is Gabriela who looked after us and went beyond all expectations in terms of the service! Every aspect of our stay was sorted immediately, whether that was a small leak in the bathroom, to the request for a bottle of champagne. We also really enjoyed the rooftop which had exceptional views for Paris.

I would say the room felt a little too compact and small for me, it was difficult to walk round the bed especially at the bottom, not sure they need the desk there. Shame no milk to have a coffee and only two options, i think a Nespresso machine would be most excellent improvement, something like this. We would have used the rooftop bar more, but it wasn't open for drink service during our stay. mini bar was ok, didn't have much choice of what we liked though

The location was excellent in in the heart of most attractions, the room was lovely we had a terrace view of the Eiffel Tower which was stunning. The staff were excellent, very friendly, Erwin the concierge contact was most helpful indeed with our restaurant bookings on where to go. The rooftop bar was pleasant.

Our room was quite small (which is not unusual for Paris). Our children's room was bigger - I guess you just need to ask for a bigger sq m room or opt for larger Terraces if you would like more space.

The hotel is a little gem in the heart of Left Bank. In a perfect location just off Boulevard Saint-Germain, stylish and welcoming, with an added bonus of the roof terrace with the best views of Paris! But what makes it really special is the staff and the service they provide. Everybody at the front desk were very friendly and attentive, the staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. One member of the team really stood out - it was the concierge, Erwin, who gave us the best recommendations of special places to eat and explore. All Erwin's recommendations were just what we were looking for, nothing was too much to ask, and we are very grateful to him for helping us make our stay even more special. Thank you, Erwin and the Dame Des Arts team! We'll definitely be happy to come back.

As mentioned above- Just that the rooms are on the Small Side- But you are given the dimensions when booking- so you know what you are getting. We did get a room with a balcony so that made it feel bigger - I think the rooms without may be a little stuffy- but you're not going to Paris to hang in your hotel room.

Location was incredible and the hotel had Such a great vibe! I would say the rooms are on the Smaller size so not alot of room to put your stuff- However we were extremely happy with our stay. They also restocked the Fridges every day- with fresh juices, waters, sodas etc. and all items were included with cost of your stay.

Rooms are definitely Parisian small, did not bother us, but if you don't like small rooms, you may want to upgrade

Hotel was lovely, beautifully and stylishly decorated and appointed, location excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. The classic room could do with a little more space to store clothes and suitcases but the finish and quality of the design and fittings make up for it.
