    Bed was so comfy and the BEST pillows I have ever had at a hotel!! Loved the lobby and common spaces. The outlets were not all working and the hot tub had issues while we were there. Would also like a loveseat in the bedroom there was a ton of empty space and not much seating but aside from that everything was perfection.

    More seating in our room.

    Great central location and close to the main bus stop

    Rooms were a little disappointing compared to the main reception area. Room was quite dark and also required maintenance (broken handle on tap and scratches on walls)

    Gorgeous backdrop of the mountains and convenient location for use of the Grepon parking

    The bathrooms were a bit smelly and small and dated. We didn’t have time to use the spa facilities which I noticed was priced for walk ins at 35 euro per person. I would have preferred to pay a cheaper overall price and pay seperate for the spa because it didn’t open until 10am the following morning and we needed to leave before then so therefore we could not use it.

    The hotel has an excellent lobby. The rooms are nice with a good amount of space. There’s a very effective fan in the room which was really necessary for the heat. Got a bit stuffy, so needed to open the balcony door also. Great location. We had an early morning booking at Aiguille du Midi so it was wonderful to have only a 5 minute walk to the gondola . The buffet breakfast was very good (starts at 6.30, which was also great for an early start). Lots of restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really handy to be able to store bags in the luggage room. The Grepon Park and Ride is only about a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend parking there - cost about 25 euros for around a day and a half’s parking. Plus you can leave your car here even after you have checked out.

    Room got a bit hot without air-conditioning. Good to be able to open the balcony door to get air circulating. Fan was helpful.

    1) The Location; 2) The Hall; 2) The Spa;

    1) Dinner prepayment; I prepaid with booking app the dinner; the property told me they I could spend till 42 euro per person; but only at the end they said to me that beverage was not included at all. Even Water; They didn't tell me in advance; With this rules it would be better to eat "a la carte"; 2) Parking; I check on booking for parking but property said I had to explicitly mention it in the additional request; so I had no parking; and consider that parking was one of reason I choose for this hotel; 3) The bathroom is very small and the bath tub very high to enter. Aged people have difficulties; 4) The room didn't meet our expectation. We were in a small room, no mountain view, no balcony, but perfectly on a major cross road.

    Had a wonderful stay with my family. Great location. Close to the Aiguille du Midi and the town center. Fabulous views, pool and spa. Would happily recommend.

    Location, friendly staff, pool and the breakfast.

    No aircon which was bad with the high temperature outside. Not sure the finish of the rooms is good enough for the nightly price.

    The swimming pool and the staff both front desk and cleaning team

    Bit loudy but it was really warm and there was a big evening event hence much more traffic than usual and the windows were open

    Good location. Nicolo was very patient and helpful during check in which made a big difference.

    A little worn in places likely from high turnover. No parking anywhere at the hotel or nearby which was confusing for our first time visit
