Very well located, it’s about a 7 min walk to the middle of town. The rooms are cosy, but mine was very clean, with a nice new bathroom. I would stay again. Quiet at night as well, not located on a main road.

Nothing really, you get what you pay for it and it was fair for the price.

Very good location close to the lake and the old town. Breakfast was good, natural produce generally.

Great location, walking distance to train/bus station and the city center. Comfortable and tidy room. Friendly staff. All in all I enjoyed my stay here.

First night I noticed a clipped off toe/fingernail on the bathroom floor. Would have been great with more storage solutions, for example shelving and wall hooks in the bathroom and the hall when you first come in through the door. Very expensive for what you got, felt like it was too much to pay an additional fee for breakfast. But it is Annecy where prices are higher, so I was aware of that.

Lovely hotel, but only stayed 1 night. Wound loved to have stayed longer to explore this beautiful town. Staff very helpful with our questions and speak English.

Location

The location is great! It’s quiet but close to the lake and old town. There’s many restaurants and cafes nearby and the tourist center is also close. There’s air conditioning which was nice during the heat wave! You can leave your luggage in a room before checking in and after checking out.

The room wasn’t very clean. There was hair on the bedsheets and comforter. There was also a spider in the room I had to take care of. Housekeeping knocked over my toiletries when they came in the room to clean and just left it on the floor I didn’t like that I had to turn in my key every time I left the hotel to go out. I felt like my things in the room weren’t safe.

Breakfast is affordable and basic. Good value for money. Affordable public parking nearby. Ask reception. You could park in front of hotel for unloading

Good location, staff immensely helpful and friendly, we encountered 3 staff members at reception and all weee lovely. Pleasant room and shower/bath. Good value for money in a lovely city.

Bed is a little small but comfortable.
