Slightly better quality sheets would be of benefit to make for a more comfortable sleeping experience. Due to its central location it was noisy throughout the night. However the hotel has soundproofed the windows which helped to block out some of the noise.

The hotel is located opposite the main SNCF station, Gare Matabiau, in Toulouse. As we had an early train this suited us perfectly. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel met our expectations of it's online profile on booking.com.

Bit of a dodgy neighbourhood at night but the hotel has a lovely quiet garden area at the back if wanting to sit out! Really liked all about this hotel!

It was very close to Matabiau Station which was essential. Room clean, shower water hot, comfy bed, staff friendly plus spoke English. Lift/elevator to upper floors. Easy to find on map and very short walk from airport shuttle bus.

Hotel was decent but old, beat-up and the carpet in our room made us wish we had flip-flops, room was very small, and the tile in the bathroom was bright yellow. We paid 95 euros including breakfast and it felt like that was a fair value for what we got.

Near the train station so worked for our late train arrival, the hotel staff that checked us in was very nice, good bike parking in a garage (for 4 euros), decent linens on the bed, the room had a tub. These are all thing we like and look for. Breakfast was actually pretty decent for a budget place, we cleared out at check in time but they offered to let us keep the room longer since our train was late.

The shower head did not stay at the angle I wanted. It was very basic, which is not bad.

The location was good. The person at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was just fine.

The bath had a shower but had no curtain or guard so we had to manoeuvre the shower very carefully so as not to splash all over the bathroom.

The bathroom really needs to be updated. The shower was over the bath with no screen or shower curtain, as a result water ended up all over the floor and adjacent sink. There was only one hook to hang towels on and no space to put washbags, etc.

Excellent location directly opposite Matabiau SNCF. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Pretty good breakfast, good coffee. The room was cosy, that is to say quite small, but comfortable enough and quiet as it faced the garden behind the hotel.
