The shared toilet was dirty, peed around, every time. But I can understand that the staff cannot check the cleanness after every person. It would be great if there was a separate toilet for males and females

I dont remember being asked for 3€ for a towel before in an F1. Being asked to leave my room at 9:30 so it could be cleaned wasn't great either. Breakfast is not expensive at around 6€, but it's still poor value.for what you get. There's an Ibis Budget across the road, I'll choose what next time.

For an overnight stop, the hotel is situated just off the motorway si it's easy to find. There is a very large Leclerc 5 minutes walk away.

The room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. Very small bed but to be expected from a formula 1 hotel.

Removated F1 hotel. We chose a room with bathroom for a few euro's extra and it came with quite a big shower. Bed was comfortable. At the reception they spoke english.

Tiny Room and bathroom looks like u are in a tiny city when there was enormous space . Price was a little bit rised compared to the Area .

Stuff with the reception lady, which was available 24/7 The clean bed sheet and the sound isolation when the hotel was just beside the highway . The cleaning lady also was doing her job passionately. 😍😍

Not a nice old man at the reception desk was doing something on the computer and I had to wait 10 minutes until a lady came and served me and I was pressed for time

We had to wait 1 hour and a half around midnight with 2 small kids after 6 hours of driving for the receptionist to validate our booking reservation and call the booking help desk without any positive results. Thank God the manager resolved the issue after a long wait.

All the staff were so nice Receptionist in night shit very helpful Because their was a issue with payment They had no received the payment had to show them email and payment taken from my account In the morning when I left still had not been received Going back to uk I started feeling itchy my whole body is full of swollen red bites and my daughter has them as well . I am very unhappy with the situation I had reserved 2 rooms 1 room was my son in law and he was fine 2 room was youngest daughter me and my dog and the 2 of us have been biten.

Why do you have to pay the tax with a card when there the reception desk is manned? i have to pay exchange rates on my credit card so paying such a small amount doesn't make sense when |I had the change.

A specific smell in the room (not smoking, as there is a ban on this), but the smell was somehow felt. Toilet and shower are in the corridor. But towels are completely missing (probably for a separate fee).

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. A good option for a short trip, but not convenient for a long trip.
