Room was a little shabby and bathroom had not been fully cleaned (hair in shower). Staff were a little brusque on arrival and rushing us to check out well in advance of the check out time.

Cheap rooms, good location with plenty of food options nearby.

Came down to breakfast early, but there was NO BREAD OR OTHER PASTRIES etc, just a mess of breadcrumbs and general disorganisation round the food area, which had obviously been cleared out by early risers. The young woman on reception said "more bread on its way - 15 mins max", and then went outside for a smoke. No attempt to clean up the debris. (The enormously fat hotel cat DID get fed however - probably the first of several times during the day!). Still no bread half an hour later so left.

It's actually on site at the Saint-Witz service area where our bike coach had to make an overnight stop.

I booked a tandem room and did get one but not the one next to mine. So with kids this was …. Maybe you booked it and it was full… why offer it then…. It’s was midnight what can you do…

I had some problems at the check in because the hotel hasn't got my changed dates so I had to pay for an extra night. No responsable person was there to solve the issue. I was refunded weeks later though. Room was tiny and a bit smelly, the floor a bit sticky, no idea what that was. Bathroom was tiny and not as clean as ecpected for that money.

it was supposed to be renovated but door handles were broken in both rooms and it could have been a bit cleaner.

Its cheap and quality is ok for the price. Employees are friendly. Do not expect luxery. Breakfast is very simple but cheap as well.

The booking said the bathroom was private. Then had to pay for an upgrade to get a private bathroom so I don’t have to share with construction workers. Room didn’t have a lock on the door. Don’t have window covering on the window. Awful and scary. I had my dog, or I wouldn’t have felt remotely safe.

Reasonably close to CDG Paris airport (14 kms) and can get a Bolt / Uber between 15-20€ Staff was friendly and efficient and special heads-up to Colleen. From fast food to fine dine at a stones throw.

The room could’ve had a more thorough clean as there were cot webs everywhere and the amount of dust was disgraceful

The heat was unbearable and as such I couldn't sleep. I spent hours trying to and ended up sleeping by 5:30 am, missing my flight and spending 317 euros more to get home. The location is too far with no public transport route. It is neither close to the airport nor the city centre. The commute is stressful for new comers who speak no French. I ended up trekking on the highway for 45 mins or more.

We got to the hotel at around 1am and nobody was there to check us in. There was a phone there to call but nobody answer. Waited for about 1 hour. I requested for a refund but they said that the hotel is a 24 hr service. I haven’t heard anything back from the hotel nor from booking.

No toilet role in the morning in the communal loos and no shower gel in the shower. Would have expected soap in the bedroom for the sink and a towel.
