Great property, enjoyed the location and the parking is a plus for the area.

The specific reception check-in times / check-in process is a bit strange and the €20 per 2 hrs for a late check-out, but then it starts from 10am feels like scratching for pennies instead of just charging a higher rate and build that in with a normal noon check-out. Was also difficult to find where the sun bed matts are located, we couldn’t find them, as great as straight timber is for the back.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment with fabulous terrace and hot tub and views over Cassis harbour. The apartment was at the top of the hill away from the main complex where the swimming pool was and the town centre but only a 5/10 minute walk. This was not an issue for us but less able walkers would need a car to get to the town centre due to the steepness of the hill.

The location is great. Rooms and facilities very Nice!

This is absolutely a perfect place to stay when in Cassis!!! 1st of all the rooms are awesome, very spacious super clean full kitchen and living room with everything you need, laundry if needed, all all all you need! It is a beautiful property, and the pool is such a great bonus !!! PLUS it has perfect location only about 200 meters from the city centre and the famous local market (which was amazing). It has private parking on site (just make sure you dont get charged for extra…. We did but the owners refund it as it was a mistake just took little extra time out of my days to get it …)

Proximity to town, modern and clean, good A/C, nice pool, free parking was critical as all the public parking was full on the day we arrived.

Only issue, but kind of major, the Bed was hard as a rock and seemed cheap-worst on our 2 week trip.

This was our second stay at HPC Suites and never disappoints it is a very professionally run business and really are ahead of their game.

Clean, modern and peaceful!

It is spacious, clean and very close to the water.

The staff is not friendly. The office is closed from noon to 4pm so you can’t talk to anyone in that time. The check in can be confusing because of that.

The suite was spacious, fully equipped for a long or short stay and had a beautiful balcony and amazing view. It is a short walk <10 minutes from town and parking is on property if you have a car.

The check in hours are limited to between 4 and 6 pm on the day of arrival so make sure you plan accordingly and read the information from the hotel.

Late check in 4pm and standard check out 10.00am You will get asked for €700 upon checking in in case of any damages. I guess just don’t have any accidents.

Modern, clean and well equipped. Appreciated the parking both at the apartment and main complex.stunning views of the bay. Isabelle our host was very helpful and responsive.

The apartment building was on a hillside and the stairs down to the apartment may be a challenge for some suitcases.

We didn't have breakfast so I can't answer that. We liked everything.

It would have been helpful to have tissues.
