Definitely a chain hotel feel.

We booked it for the pool and it would seem lots of other people did too. It was quite busy. It's on a main road and is about 10 minute walk from the main restaurant area. It was pretty charmless.

Breakfast until 10am but at 9.15am no more scrambled eggs, tea cups, cheese,… available. I asked for it but nothing was brought. Rooms are very small and simple.

Breakfast outside at pool area is nice. Housekeeping team is really nice and attentive.

Pretty impersonal - fitness facilities are literally one running machine, one rower and a step machine! Staff a bit stand offish

I don’t think it’s secure enough. Anyone can go up to the floors and access the rooms. We stayed in room 414 and someone really tried to come in to our room at 1:30 AM. After there was a lot of noise on our floor. Hard to fall back asleep.

Size of the bedroom really small (not much of a difference with an Ibis room except the Ibis price much lower). No closet for clothes. Dusty, noisy. Had to pay 14 euros for my dog. Not clean around the hotel. Average mattress and super hard pillows.

Swimming pool and outdoor bar are really nice. Free parking. Warm welcome. Great location. Cart for luggage.

The door to the separate toilet in the room was a problem, the closure was too strong which made going in and out difficult and made a loud screeching as the door moved. The outer door to the balcony was defective but the double door was effective in cutting down out the noise from the road. Both of the above were noted to reception during the course of the stay When we arrived we enquired about the fixed price menu for guests referenced on our booking confirmation but reception were not ware of it so we did not make use of it

No food at the weekend, Manager is really, really unhelpful, no bar at the weekend unless you push the manager to get you a beer. rats running around by the pool, manager outside smoking and texting most of the time.

Checkin was not available at 3pm. Arrived at hotel at 1pm to request room to attend wedding. Repeatedly asked after 3pm (their checkin time) for the room. The staff could have cared less about getting us a room. Room was finally available at 5pm, when the the wedding was beginning. Staff showed no effort to try to get a room ready or explain what the delay was. I requested an early checkin months before when the reservation was booked and they indicated they would attempt to accommodate.

Dirty hotel! Needs to do a lot of cleaning and renovations. Pictures on the booking are complete outdated. Carpet is very very dirty, even the mattress and mold in bathroom

The black and yellow colors at the head of the bed would more peaceful in a more muted color. The (robot? ) requested evaluation is too long and demanding.

Both persons at reception were gracious and helpful. The service at meals was good. Great breakfast. Rooms comfortable. Cleanliness not an issue. Location close enough to the old center town. The heated pool was a pleasure.

For a 4 Star it was very cheap in the rooms...I came from a 4 star apparthotel that had lots of lovely touches - robes, Nespresso machine and snacks. This was cheaply done.. Small paper cups and a kettle...it doesnt cost anything to have proper cups. Plastic under the bed sheets. Cheap towels that were thin. The lighting was awful too. Room felt dark.
