Not a terribly comfortable bed with a duvet too heavy for summertime. Daughter's room had a power cut late at night. However not too bad at all.

In the room, with all the lights turn off.. you can still see light form all the led inside the room, I am sensitive to light to sleep

24/7 Friendly female receptionist , she stay calm and handle me very well. I was difficult :) but we eventually solve the puzzle together , booking.com claim that I pay the city tax but the hotel claim that I didn’t, eventually you need to check your credit card Payment to Booking.com , booking did not charge and you have to pay on the spot to the hotel.

For the price, nothing.

Got a good price and it was an excellent stay. Staff friendly and helpful with storing my bike. Room was comfortable with good size shower. All bedding and linen good. Short walk to centre. Restaurants, takeaways and express supermarkets nearby.

We would have stayed an extra night but the rate hike account going into the weekend was more than double our first night.

We travelled by bicycle and they had a secure patio to lock up our bikes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Only one towel per person in the shower room. The hand soap dispenser was empty (we didn't mention this as we had a small bar with us). The air conditioning was quiet but did little to cool the room, but it was extremely hot outside.

The first day was hot, but the air conditioner wasn’t working yet, so we had to open the window, which let in a lot of noise. The daytime staff were very kind and helpful, but the night staff were a bit indifferent.

The hotel is well located and good value for money. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and a good shower. There is also parking which is limited, fortunately plenty of spaces available during our stay, 10 euro for 24 hours. A 10 minute walk from the Cathedral and river front makes it a good location for exploring Amiens.

Great place to stay during the brocante market. It starts 20 meter from the entrance of the hotel and most of the times parking possible in the streets opposite of the hotel.

I booked this hotel because it showcased as feature the availability of a parking lot. Unfortunately not only the parking lot is not located in the immediate surroundings of the hotel, making the arrival and offloading your luggage very difficult, but the parking was sold out. I ended up parking in the street not far from the hotel, at way cheaper fare. So if you are planning to get there by car, please check upfront if they have any availability.

The hotel is located in the heart of Amiens, ten minutes walk from the Cathedral. The check-in was fast and easy, and the room was perfectly clean, located on the fourth floor, and no noise were heard during the night, from coming from outside and inside. Also the temperature during the night was ideal and the beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast should have more raw fruit and vegetable milk (oats, soy), since otherwise people who are milk intolerant are penalised. The cappuccino of the machine was not very good.

The location is very good. The staff very amicable, and the rooms are comfortable. In general it is to be recommended.
