United KingdomGood position near Aix-en-Provence, free parking and Aldi supermarket at 100m distance. The room and the bathroom were very small. The beds are too narrow, but everything was clean. We did not have breakfast. The staff was kind and very polite and helpful. We recommend this hotel.

BulgariaI had made a reservation on booking which was non-refundable but when I went to the hotel it was locked. I had to confirm that I had a reservation on the machine at the hotel door to get an access code. The machine asked me to pay a second time and I used an emergency button to contact staff from the hotel. I was told that the amount in the booking is blocked just to confirm that we will be using the room and I have to pay through the machine to enter. I trusted and paid a second time, but unfortunately for the second week I have not been refunded the blocked money from the booking. I wrote to customer service, sent my bank statement showing a double transaction, but still no response. Very unpleasant and disappointing!
We needed a room for 1 night, so everything was OK with the room, hot water, bed, etc...
