no tea or coffee making facility in the room. and the drink machine downstairs was poor , little tight getting round bed

Unfortunately the room we were given wasn’t cleaned when we opened the door…it was sorted out quickly though so ..accidents do happen🤔. The rooms are small and no facilities ( kettle etc) The window opened fully and we were on the 3rd floor…H&S NOT….might be worried if I had children Could do with a mosquito net on window as we were bitten to death overnight

Great stop over. The hotel is a short walk into the centre. We were lucky to see the Christmas lights turn on! We have used this hotel a few times & always been good.

Basic Room is small

Great stay in "cityhotel"! All amenities close. Very good restaurants in the old town an Arrantzaleak only 100m from the hotel. Also hotel has food available, which was tasty. Bar open etc.

Great breakfast, clean comfortable room, over the river but easy walk from centre of the old town. For the price you pay compared to other accommodation in the area it is good value.

The room was very small for 2 people, would use Ibis-hotel rather than budget ibis in future. The air con was not very effective.

The room itself was very small. We had to walk sideways at the end of the bed. I know it’s a budget hotel but we did pay over 150€ for one night which was around 50€ more than the other hotels on our road trip some of which were exceptional.

Location was great, easy parking, 10 minute walk to restaurants/ bars. Room and bathroom were clean, modern and had everything we needed. Lovely staff, very helpful and happy. Had a drink in their bar when we got back and they were cheaper than the last bar we went to. St Jean Luz is a beautiful place.

It is difficult to park before getting the key to the garage upon checking in; the hotel is in the middle of a housing estate and all parking spaces are taken. The bathroom is a tiny cubicle with toilet and shower all together; when one showers the whole floor is wet.

The location, only a 15 minute walk from the beach and the town for great bars and restaurants. We were upgraded because our room wasn't ready at check in, so we had a larger room with a partial sea view, which was nice. The free parking in a secure garage. The varied buffet breakfast. The friendly check in young man.
