The decor was a little tired but clean.

The breakfast was beautifully presented and plentiful. This hotel was perfectly placed for our overnight stop in our journey south

The self-check in was more complicated than we expected. On the first & second try our booking number was rejected. The shower cubicle surface in our room was chipped & peeling in places.

We arrived early afternoon & checked in, then had a meal in a neighbouring restaurant. We travelled to Paris & returned very late - after 2am. Managed to sleep for a few hours before heading back to Beauvais Airport. It’s hard to really judge a place when you spent only 4 hours in the room. Happy with the free parking!

Toilets lack seats and were dirty inside , permanent brown stain on the back

Noone picked up phone when we tried to phone the manager when we were locked out of our room. Al instructions were in French. A fellow guest helped sort it out for us.

Noise from the neighbours and a Swedish bus which left it's engine running for over an hour just at the time that we were trying to get to sleep. That and a dog barking in one of the other rooms around us. Not the best nights sleep!

Clean tidy room at a budget price. Room was comfortable enough. Like the code number to get into the room.

Vending machines only accepted cash not card which was annoying as could not get a coffee unless you had change

clean room easy to access out of hours as reception was closed. Near lots of restaurants good for an overnight stay if using the A16.

The whole bathroom area is very unpractical as they are two small spaces fully linked without any separator. After taking a shower, the whole toilet's floor got wet and unusable.

There were several spiders in one of the rooms, and we found a bug on the bed in the morning.

The check in process was bad - the self check in computer, to enable me to access the hotel did not work, neither reception nor the emergency telephone was answered by anyone. When someone eventually arrived at reception his attitude was very poor - far from welcoming. The toilet and shower facilities were very poor - no toilet seat and when taking a shower, water went everywhere……

Room is tiny and the toilet/shower "capsule" reeked of urine. We had to keep the door closed to stop the smell. Black hairs in sink and bathroom. Beds were solid and we had to make up the bunk ourselves for my son. It is a budget hotel but the smell or urine was not worth the price:(

This is easy to get to from the motorway and there are some restaurants and shops around which is good. It felt safe and we had a car top carrier in the parking lot and no issues.

The bathroom is very tired - it looks like it needs to be refurbished. It was very hot in the hotel - the heating was turned on in the corridors unnecessarily. The receptionist charged my about 5Euros more than the price shown on booking.com

The WC have no seats and the blankets have no covers . The code we were given did not open the room door , luckily the place was staffed ( very helpful Rkia ) and problem solved but what if we arrived after 9pm when desk closed ?

Easy to get to , on a retail park with a big Carrefour , McD , and Pattiserie Rouget - till 1pm on Sundays , France’s best apparently - plenty free parking which appears secure enough though not behind gates
