Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

The location is great, there is a bus stop just on front of the hotel, its takes you tonthevtrain station that goes to Paris or Disneyland. There's is also a lot of restaurant around, like 5,10 minutes walking distance. The hotel there is a lot of facilities for kids, like a Ping pong table etc.

United KingdomThe room soundproofing is not ideal. You can hear the talk in the next room and if someone takes the shower in the room above.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of them helped us with the public transport app and even came after us to the bus stop to help further. The buffet breakfast was great. Not large selection of food but what they offer is really great and worth the money.

United KingdomThere wasn’t a kettle in the room, and it kind of felt like a twin roomed jail cell unfortunately, also the decor was tired, the walls need a good clean as food stains / feet marks and god knows what else on the room we was in. I know it was a budget Ibis but the standards should be a little higher
They let us in early

United KingdomIt is a budget hotel, you get what you pay for. It has a hostel type feel and breakfast was basic, no frills.
Good location for a night before going into a Disney hotel, saved us a lot on our overall trip. Easy to find and parking close to the door. Staff very helpful, both switching rooms when out booking got mixed up (needed twin but got allocated double) and when somehow Od booked breakfast for one of our 2 rooms but not the other!

United KingdomThe room we were allocated, the main door was open when we arrived we realised this was due to the door not shutting without been really pushed/pull. The lighting sections on the bed did not work correctly, and if pressed for night light, switch other lights off/on. Reported to reception on leaving due to us arriving after 10pm and just wanting to sleep after a long day in disney, we used the room. Reception said they were aware of the door but not the light problem. This room should have been taken offline till the door was fixed incase someone got stuck in the room. The room decoration is looking a bit tired and could do with a freshen up. This was from this stay, previous stay we had no issues with the room or hotel and this is why we booked for this time
The close proximity to disneyland paris breakfast choice was good. Staff are all pleasant and helpful. Stayed here before

GermanyThe breakfast was subpar. We left on Sunday morning, 0900. Had to wait for clean dishes to eat. The dining area was crowded, too many chairs and tables in a small space.
Air conditioning was available in the rooms. The lobby had a lot of games and activities for families along with vending machines, water, And kiosk to order food delivery. Front desk staff was approachable and nice. 18 minute drive from Disneyland. Felt safe in the area, also includes a gate that locks at night.

United KingdomNothing from our stay, we paid around 70 euros per night which seemed fair and about right, I wouldn’t advise to spend much more than this.
We all had a fantastic sleep in a very comfortable bed. There’s fun little games to do in the reception area. The AC was excellent! Close to Disney and close to a few other shops like Aldi.

United KingdomThey were charging double their usual rate for the Oympics and that was online - they were trying to charge drop ins nearly 300 euros a night - sheer profiteering. As we were paying a lot more than their usual rate it was very underwhelming in what was provided - no tea and coffee making, no fridge, no kettle, one soap dispenser and no other toiletries, tiny room and a bit shabby. There was some very cheap Olympic theming in the communual areas which certainly did not justify the price hike.
The air-con was good and the breakfast was very good value. It was convenient for the rowing at the Olympics and had EV charging points in the car park.
