Avoid using restaurant. Receptionist was chef, waitress and bartender whilst trying to check in guests. Meals are microwave meals which can be heated whilst the member of staff is trying to do so many other things at the same time. If you do stay there done food options close by so use those instead. staff member remained calm and professional during what looked like a very stressful shift… hotel management really need to look at this.

Very convenient for travelling on eurotunnel. Clean and comfortable. Very hardworking staff.

We travelled by Eurotunnel and didn’t find the hotel easy to find . Obviously closer to the car ferry .

Basic , clean with a good breakfast and car parking .

Staff were not particularly helpful, and the service at the restaurant was very disappointing. The breakfast (which normally was so good - we have been there many times) was very messily set out, and little attention from the staff in terms of checking that the food was replenished and well presented.

The room was a good size, with coffee/tea making facilities. Very good sized bed, which comfortable. Bathroom was good sized as well, and very clean.

No aircon in the room was really hot had to leave window open but also let mosquitoes in so got bit during the night

Not the usual Ibis standard. It had a budget hotel feel. But in need of a hotel for one night in Calais, would book again.

Easy to find. Good location. Free car park. Very helpful 24 hour reception. We didn’t use it but there was a pleasant eating/bar area.

No restaurant at weekends and no eateries nearby. Room dirty,shower not cleaned properly.dirty cup in hospitality tray,dried toothpaste on glass in bathroom. Wash basin dirty. Poor quality decor in room is just given a once over with white emulsion. No security gate on car park. I've stayed in better F1's for half the price with better facilities nearby.

There is no A/C, and the rooms are quite small so they get quite warm inside.

It was close to the ferry, it’s not new, but clean and tidy. Nice cafe / restaurant and bar. Love the fact it has a resident cat who is lovely and so friendly.

We have stayed here many times this time the warm greeting was not as we had experienced previously. Staff that evening were friendly but in the morning the breakfast and staff were awful Empty pastry baskets, no meats or cheeses orange juice empty I had to ask for cutlery too everything was just too much effort for them really disappointed as previously breakfast has been a highlight

Our room didn’t get a lot of air and there was no a/c. The windows did not open fully and it felt stuffy quickly.

The breakfast was poor. Probably not worth it. Considerably worse than UK Ibis equivalents.

Easy hotel. A bit tired, basic. But good comfy bed, windows that actually open, bathroom was fine. Big secure car park. Decent staff, bar open until late. If you need a cheap night in Calais before a big drive, this fine

Room was very tight and narrow and so was the toilet. Very thin tissues instead of toilet paper is a strange choice.

Really convenient location for the ferry crossing and really nice staff. It is also great that it allows dogs in!

Second time I've stayed here. A really convenient stop off the evening ferry before heading across France in the morning. Only 10 mins from the port. Nice little bar with some good beer. Staff are really attentive and helpful. Decent breakfast. Room of the standard you expect from an Ibis, clean, basic but comfortable. I'm sure I'll be back again!

air con was not efficient.

Good location from Euro tunnel Good food for a budget hotel. Air Con was not very efficient, staff are helpful and its clean and they accept pets. good parking in a decent area to walk locally.
