United KingdomThe lack of a fan in the room and at breakfast there was only oat milk available for cereal / tea. They had run out of cow’s milk. Hot milk was available in the coffee machine.
It is a very good basic hotel. The room was very clean but hot with no fan or air conditioning. The meal in the restaurant was pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We booked a table for dinner in advance but were disappointed to establish when we went to order the food the 3 courses were not all available with very limited alternatives. Food then came out for two people at a time. Some of the party having all their courses before others had had any! No outside space to enjoy the weather. Breakfast was self serve and good choices.

It was comfortable, mostly clean (there was a rather nasty stain on the carpet near the bathroom!) and the breakfast was good. The onsite parking was good as the gate gets locked at night and the concierge was extremely helpful in telling us about restaurants to eat in.

United KingdomI was pleased to be able to stay demi-pension, but that said, it's not really a restaurant but rather somewhere you can get a simple evening meal with little choice or culiinary ambition. No comfortable chair in the room. I would have thought it only marginally qualifying to be *** .
The hotel is easy to find and well-placed close to main roads and autoroutes - and it's quite quiet as well. There was ample parking on the occasion of my visit. The rooms have been fairly recently done up, with a little bit of style, and the bed was OK. Wi-Fi was excellent, although not secured. Breakfast selection was wider than in many of this type of hotel. The evening receptionist cum waiter was pleasant to deal with and talk to.

United KingdomThe shower floor was extremely slippery and we had to lay towels down as we were really frightened we would slip and fall. We really think you need to replace these showers before the hotel faces an insurance claim. It was obvious that a previous guest had been smoking in our room (130) - not good for us - one of us has asthma and the other has a lung disease that causes breathing problems. We thought smoking was not allowed inside French hotels, especially the bedrooms.
The staff were very welcoming. The waiter on Sunday evening was happy to allow 2 not very hungry people to share a meal. An unexpected kindness!
