Finding the hotel entrance was a bit challenging as it is in a new industrial area, and proper signage isn't yet up. You can also hear the people in the room above you if they scrape their chairs on the floor.

Clean with very comfortable beds. The terrace by the restaurant was a wonderful surprise and very pleasant. The room was larger than expected, as was the shower. A great place for a one-night stay.

The pillows were too soft for my taste. The breakfast is basic but qualitative, even though they should add bigger plates. They give you tiny plates to make sure you dont overfill yours, but obviously you can get more plates at once. A bit too far from city center.

The room is spacious enough for 2 people. The water pressure in the bathroom is very good and you have the basic things provided for hygiene. The WiFi is good as well. Short walk to public transport.

- our room had a connecting door to the room next to us, so we heard the other guests talk, watch TV, listen to music, etc. +/- the location was positive and negative for us. the hotel is close to the airport and it's easy to reach the stadium and LDLC arena but since it's located in an industrial district there are no supermarkets or restaurants around.

Staff were quite cold, not rude but not friendly nor welcoming. It kind of felt they are forced into the job. The breakfast wasn’t really pleasant. The croissants finished and they never filled that up and breakfast in France kids have expected croissants. Cheese option was so poor, there was no friendly cheese for the kids, the cheese was ok for me but not for others.

A classic Ibis hotel with small simple rooms but good location, free parking and good breakfast. Very nice staff though who made and served pizza at the bar even though the restaurant was closed for the summer vacation.

Me and my son stayed 3 nights mainly to watch the Olympics 2024 football men's and women's semifinal at Stade de Lyon. The hotel location was superb as it was well connected from airport by the Rhone express and later for the Olympics / stadium by metro T7 as well as city center by metro T3. Very convenient and safe. The hotel staffs were very courteous ,helpful and friendly as well as the food ,really appreciated. Few staffs talk English but others do try their best which is really appreciated. Housekeeping was good and attentive. Airconditioning was keeping the room cool as it was warm outside. Bathroom was huge. Place was really safe because after the men's semifinal we reached the hotel well past midnight. All together a wonderful stay. Highly recommended if watching match at the Stade de Lyon.

There was only one towel in the room, but I went to the front desk and was able to get more. As foreigners, it took us a long time to figure out how to get the electricity to work in the room. We didn't know it involved our key card because we just hadn't experienced that system before. It would have helped to have written instructions in the room.

Really close to the tram and only a 15 min drive from the airport. Staff helped us figure out the best place in town to spend a few hours touring, and then helped understand the transportation to the stadium.

Unfortunately both coffe machines have been broken. The repairs don't get the positive results. Breakfast not fully performed well.

So the best side of hotel is it's STAFF. Thank you and best regards!
